Swoop (“the App”) is a free-to-play paper-plane delivery game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains how we handle information.
Information Collection and Use You do not need an account to play. Core progress (levels, stars, cosmetics, settings) is stored on your device.
• We do not operate our own cloud sync, social login, or user profile service. • We do not sell your personal information. • If you contact us by email, we receive the address and message content you send so we can respond.
Advertising The free version may show ads through LevelPlay (ironSource) and related ad partners so we can keep Swoop free.
• Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt may ask for permission to track across apps and websites owned by other companies. Tracking is optional and never required to play. • If you decline tracking, ads can still appear in a limited / non-personalized form. • You can remove ads with an optional in-app purchase (“Remove Ads”).
Apple Services Purchases (cosmetics, trails, Remove Ads, and similar) are processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to App Store transactions. The App may use Apple APIs for purchase verification and an optional App Store rating prompt.
Analytics The App records gameplay and store events for product improvement. We do not require a separate analytics account from you. Ad partners may collect measurement data under their own policies when ads are shown.
Data Retention On-device game data remains until you delete the App or clear it yourself. Purchases stay tied to your Apple ID and can be restored. Email correspondence is retained only as needed to support you. Ad partners retain data according to their policies.
Children’s Privacy The App is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for profiling. Parents who believe a child provided information can contact us to request deletion of any email correspondence.
Changes We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted at the privacy policy URL listed on the App Store product page.
