Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically each month on the same calendar date as your original enrollment.
All memberships renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below. Billing dates are based on the original signup date.
Members may cancel their membership at any time through the Stripe customer portal using the link provided in their receipt or confirmation email.
Cancellations must be completed at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the next billing date, the membership will remain active through the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for that period
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or credits are provided for:
Partially used billing periods
Missed sessions
Failure to attend scheduled workouts
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically attempt to retry the charge. Access to membership services may be temporarily paused until payment is successfully processed.
If payment is not resolved, the membership may be suspended or canceled.
SwoleTitanTN reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or terms with advance notice to members.
