Organizing Team

Valerie Leong is currently a youth advisor for Hope Church Kuching, actively involve in various youth mentoring works and youth development programme. She is also a training coordinator with Hope International Movement, coordinating leadership training programme at the international level for movement's leaders.

In the community, she is an accredited facilitator of ‘No Apologies’ Youth Program under Focus of the Family, a well established NGO. She is also a certified trainer (TTT) and has shared many topics on conflict resolution, stress management, team dynamics and leadership at several trainings, forums and workshops.

She possesses experiences of leading and managing teams through her 14 years of leadership with corporate and NGO sectors. She is a passionate leader and team player who shares her valuable experience in driving change and managing conflict. As well as working with individuals and companies as a mentor to help them grow, Valerie has a track record of delivering results by facilitating clear thinking while facing conflicts and generating real action.
