Hani N.Z. Zaini is the Operations Manager of YesHello, a Software as a Service (SaaS) startup. The company helps small and modern businesses to achieve predictably great customer service. Hani is passionate about the training and coaching industry making her an HRDF certified trainer. Her niche fields are in public speaking, presentation, conflict management and leadership.

Her background of studies are in the built environment, therefore, she is also serving as lecturer of Architecture and Interior Design in Limkokwing Institute of Creative Technology, Kuching, Sarawak.

Hani is involved in an international organization known as Toastmasters where she leads District 87 which consist of Brunei, Indonesia and East Malaysia in the position of Club Growth Director where her portfolio is to create strategy & marketing to expand the club growth and membership within the area in her care. Since the pandemic, she has adopted a 100% remote working lifestyle that has shifted and created the landscape of today's world workplace.
