1. A team should have 3 members

2. The first round is prelims which contains basic mechanical questions.

3. The shortlisted participants are expected to make use of all junk they are provided with and are expected to make something useful out of it within the stipulated time.

4. The judges decision is final and no further argument will be entertained.
