SwipeClean: Clean & Compress Terms of Use

Welcome to SwipeClean: Clean & Compress. Please read these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SwipeClean: Clean & Compress, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the app.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws, SwipeClean: Clean & Compress grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you lawfully own or control.

This Agreement does not transfer to you any ownership rights in SwipeClean: Clean & Compress or any related software, content, materials, or intellectual property.

2. App Features

SwipeClean: Clean & Compress provides tools designed to help you organize, manage, clean, and compress photos, videos, and device storage.

Features may include, but are not limited to:

• Large video cleanup;

• Similar photo cleanup;

• Blurry photo cleanup;

• Screenshot cleanup;

• Swipe-based photo review, deletion, and retention;

• Photo compression;

• Video compression.

Certain features may require access to your photos, videos, media library, device storage information, or other system permissions.

You may choose whether to grant such permissions through your device settings. Some features may not function properly if required permissions are not granted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SwipeClean: Clean & Compress only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

You must not:

• Use the app in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;

• Circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass any security features, subscription mechanisms, payment systems, technical restrictions, or access controls;

• Use the app in a manner that infringes or violates the rights of any third party;

• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful materials into the app or related systems;

• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation, security, integrity, or availability of the app;

• Use the app for any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Photo and Video Actions

SwipeClean: Clean & Compress may allow you to review, organize, keep, delete, filter, or compress photos and videos based on your selections and actions.

You are responsible for reviewing the relevant photos and videos before confirming any deletion, cleanup, or compression action.

SwipeClean: Clean & Compress does not intentionally delete your photos or videos without an action or confirmation initiated by you.

The availability of deletion, restoration, recovery, or recently deleted items may depend on your device, operating system, photo library, system settings, and the condition of the relevant files.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of any photos, videos, or other files that are important to you.

5. Compression Features

SwipeClean: Clean & Compress may allow you to compress photos and videos in order to reduce their storage size.

Compression may result in changes to file size, resolution, bitrate, encoding format, metadata, visual quality, audio quality, or other media properties.

Compression results may vary depending on the original file, selected settings, device capabilities, operating system, and other technical factors.

You are responsible for reviewing compressed files and determining whether the resulting quality and format are suitable for your intended use before deleting or replacing any original files.

6. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Certain features of SwipeClean: Clean & Compress may require a paid subscription, one-time purchase, or other payment.

Available subscription plans, prices, billing periods, free trial periods, introductory offers, and other purchase terms will be displayed in the app or through the App Store before you complete a purchase.

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature through the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account in accordance with Apple's applicable terms and policies.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.

Pricing and subscription options may vary by country, region, currency, promotional offer, or other applicable factors.

7. Free Trials

SwipeClean: Clean & Compress may offer free trials or introductory subscription offers from time to time.

The applicable trial period, eligibility requirements, subscription price, and billing terms will be displayed before you confirm your subscription.

Unless canceled before the end of the applicable trial period in accordance with Apple's subscription management procedures, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and renew based on the plan you selected.

Eligibility for free trials or promotional offers may be limited and may be determined by Apple or other applicable platform rules.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

SwipeClean: Clean & Compress, together with all related software, technology, designs, materials, and content, may include intellectual property protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

Protected materials may include, but are not limited to:

• The app name;

• Software code;

• Interface design;

• Graphics;

• Icons;

• Text;

• Visual elements;

• Product structure;

• Features and functionality;

• Other proprietary materials.

All applicable intellectual property rights are owned by their respective lawful rights holders.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under this Agreement, no rights or licenses are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected materials without proper authorization.

9. Third-Party Services

Certain features of SwipeClean: Clean & Compress may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, operating systems, services, software, or technologies, including services provided by Apple.

Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, privacy policies, and technical requirements established by those third parties.

SwipeClean: Clean & Compress does not control and is not responsible for changes to the availability, functionality, rules, policies, or content of third-party services.

A third-party service may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue functionality at any time.

10. Changes to the App and Services

We may update, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue certain features, functions, interfaces, or services of SwipeClean: Clean & Compress for operational, technical, security, legal, commercial, or other reasonable purposes.

We may also release updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, or new features from time to time.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the proper operation of the app, but we do not guarantee that all features will remain available on all devices, operating system versions, locations, or at all times.

Certain features may change or become unavailable as a result of operating system changes, App Store requirements, technical limitations, or third-party service changes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SwipeClean: Clean & Compress is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations that:

• The app will always operate without interruption, delay, error, or technical failure;

• All scanning, classification, detection, or identification results will be completely accurate;

• All similar, blurry, duplicate, large, or otherwise categorized media will always be correctly identified;

• All photos or videos can always be successfully deleted, restored, processed, compressed, or recovered;

• Compression will always produce a particular file size, quality level, or storage reduction;

• The app will meet every individual requirement or expectation.

Media analysis results may vary depending on factors such as image quality, video quality, metadata, device conditions, operating system behavior, system permissions, available storage, and processing methods.

You should always review relevant content before confirming deletion, cleanup, compression, or other irreversible actions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwipeClean: Clean & Compress and its applicable owners, developers, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.

This may include, without limitation, loss of data, loss of photos or videos, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, device-related issues, or other losses resulting from use of the app.

You are responsible for confirming your selections before deleting, replacing, or compressing files and for maintaining appropriate backups of important content.

Any liability arising from user-selected deletion, compression, failure to maintain backups, incorrect operation, device behavior, or third-party services will be determined in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.

13. Termination

You may stop using SwipeClean: Clean & Compress at any time by uninstalling the app and, where applicable, canceling any active subscription through your Apple account settings.

If you materially violate this Agreement or applicable laws, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your right to use the app to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination of your right to use the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable Apple subscription management process.

Any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and other applicable legal rights, will continue to apply after termination.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to the app, business practices, technical requirements, legal requirements, platform policies, or other reasonable circumstances.

The updated version of this Agreement may be made available within the app, on an associated webpage, or through another appropriate method.

The “Effective Date” shown at the top of this Agreement indicates when the current version became effective.

Your continued use of SwipeClean: Clean & Compress after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

15. Apple App Store Terms

If you download SwipeClean: Clean & Compress through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and the operator of SwipeClean: Clean & Compress, and not with Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, except to the extent required under Apple's applicable terms or applicable law.

Your use of SwipeClean: Clean & Compress must comply with the applicable App Store terms and rules.

Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement to the extent provided under applicable App Store requirements.
