Last updated: 2025‑08‑11. This Privacy Policy explains how the Swipe To Delete Photos - Edit app (“App”, “we”, “our”) handles your information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Photos access: The App uses iOS Photos permissions to display your library, enable swipe‑to‑delete, grouping, and search. Photos and related metadata (e.g., capture date, embedded location) are processed on your device. We do not upload your photos to our servers.
Location metadata in photos: If your photos contain embedded location info, we use it on‑device only to create grouping/search labels (e.g., by city). We do not request or track your live device location.
App preferences: Language, theme, haptics, and delete‑confirmation settings are stored locally on your device.
Purchase status: We store a local entitlement flag to reflect your non‑consumable purchase status and validate it with Apple’s StoreKit transactions (on‑device).
We do not upload or store your photos on our servers.
We do not maintain user accounts or profile data.
We do not request contacts, calendar, microphone, or precise device location.
By default, the App may show banner ads and occasional interstitial ads.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Ad providers may process device information (e.g., ad identifiers) under their own policies.
For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can manage ad and tracking permissions in your iOS device settings.
The App offers a one‑time “Remove Ads” upgrade for $4.99 (USD) to disable all ads.
Payments are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not see or store your payment information.
You can restore your purchase on a new device using “Restore Purchases.”
Refunds and billing are subject to Apple’s terms.
Photo actions (viewing/deleting) occur within your Photos library, integrated with iOS Photos.
We do not retain server‑side data about your photos. Third‑party ad providers may retain data under their policies.
Photo processing happens on‑device, reducing transmission risk.
Local settings and purchase state are stored using iOS system storage and StoreKit.
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to address the matter.
Manage Photos access in iOS Settings.
Control ad and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
Restore your non‑consumable purchase at any time using “Restore Purchases.”
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in‑app or on this page.
