This Privacy Policy explains how SwiftClean - Phone Cleaner ("SwiftClean", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our Android application. The App is published for users outside mainland China.
1. What the App Does
SwiftClean - Phone Cleaner is a phone cleaning and storage management app. The App helps users review and manage junk files, duplicate or large photos, duplicate or large videos, downloaded APK packages, and removable installed apps.
2. No Account or Login
SwiftClean does not provide a user account system and does not require users to register or log in. Because there is no account, we generally cannot identify a specific user by name unless the user contacts us directly by email.
3. Information Processed on Your Device
To provide cleaning and storage management features, the App may scan and process information on your device, including file sizes, file types, file modified times, media metadata, APK package information, installed app information, usage recency information where Usage Access is granted, and cleaning result summaries.
File scanning and cleaning are designed to happen on your device. We do not upload your personal files, photos, videos, or documents to our own servers for cleaning.
4. Analytics, Diagnostics, Remote Configuration, and Advertising Data
The App may use Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config. These services may process app version, package name, device model, Android version, screen size, feature usage events, crash logs, performance data, and network information such as an IP address as needed to provide the service.
We use this information to improve app reliability, measure feature performance, diagnose crashes, configure supported app behavior, and understand whether key flows such as scan, clean, and permission handling are working.
Firebase Analytics usage reporting is optional. Analytics collection remains disabled until you choose "Agree and Continue" on the Permissions & Privacy screen or later enable Usage Analytics in Settings. You may continue using SwiftClean without enabling Usage Analytics, and you may disable it at any time in Settings. This choice is independent from Android storage and media permissions.
Analytics events may include app interactions, feature usage, app and device information, and non-sensitive diagnostics. They do not include file names, file paths, photos, videos, contacts, or the contents of scanned files.
SwiftClean contains advertising. The App integrates Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to request, load, display, measure, and report app-open, banner, and rewarded ads. Whether an ad appears during a particular session or on a particular screen depends on advertising availability, network conditions, your applicable privacy choices, and App configuration.
The App may offer an optional rewarded video after a successful cleaning flow. If you voluntarily watch the video and Google Mobile Ads confirms that the reward was earned, the App stores a temporary entitlement on your device that suppresses app-open and banner ad requests until the next local midnight. This entitlement is not a purchase, does not create an account, does not extend for a rolling 24-hour period, and is not granted when an ad is unavailable, fails, or is closed before the reward is earned.
When advertising services are enabled, Google Mobile Ads may process device and App information needed to provide advertising, such as device and operating system information, App name and version, language, network and IP address information, advertising identifiers where available, consent or advertising preferences, and ad interaction data including requests, impressions, and clicks. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud or abuse, report advertising performance and revenue, and, where permitted by applicable law and your choices, provide personalized advertising.
5. Permissions We Request
SwiftClean may request storage and media access so it can scan and manage cleanable files. On Android 11 and above, the App may request the special All Files Access permission (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) because the core cleaning function needs to scan files across shared storage.
The App may request Usage Access to identify installed apps and usage recency. The App may use Android system delete or uninstall flows for selected APK packages or installed apps. If notification features are enabled, the App may request notification permission.
You can revoke permissions at any time in Android system settings. Some features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to provide scan, clean, delete, and app management features; display scan results; calculate selected size and recovered storage; improve scan accuracy and app reliability; analyze feature usage; detect crashes and errors; request, display, measure, and report advertising; manage the optional temporary ad-free entitlement; prevent advertising fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our terms.
7. How We Share Information
We may share limited information with Google Firebase services that help us operate and improve the App. When advertising services are enabled, advertising-related device and event data may be shared with Google Mobile Ads so it can deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertisements. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell or share the contents of your personal files, photos, videos, or documents for cleaning or advertising purposes. Depending on the law that applies where you live, disclosure of advertising identifiers and advertising activity to an advertising provider may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" for interest-based or cross-context behavioral advertising. You may use the controls described in Section 11 to exercise available privacy choices.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses or may use third-party SDKs and services, including Google Firebase, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Their data practices are governed by their own policies and documentation. 9. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable, we process information based on one or more legal bases, including your consent, the need to provide the app features you request, our legitimate interests in improving reliability, measuring performance, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations.
10. Data Retention
Local scan results are stored temporarily on your device only as needed to display scan results, selected items, cleaning status, and recent cleaning outcomes. If you earn the optional ad-free entitlement, its grant time, fixed expiration time, local grant date, and daily offer or redemption state are stored locally until they expire or the App data is cleared. Users can remove local App data through Android system settings or uninstall the App.
Analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, remote configuration, consent, and advertising data processed by Google services are retained according to Google's applicable policies and the settings configured for those services. Support messages sent to 1592626371y@gmail.com may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain records of the request, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
11. Your Choices and Controls
You can decline or close an optional rewarded offer without losing access to the App's cleaning features. You can also revoke Android permissions from system settings, clear the App's local data, uninstall the App, or contact us at 1592626371y@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information we may hold about you. You can use your Android device settings to reset or delete the advertising ID and limit supported forms of personalized advertising. Where required, the App presents Google's consent message and provides an Ad Privacy Choices entry so you can review available advertising privacy options.
Because SwiftClean has no account system and no login, some requests may be limited if we cannot verify or associate data with a specific user. We will respond to privacy requests according to applicable laws.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should review selected items carefully before confirming deletion.
13. Children's Privacy
SwiftClean - Phone Cleaner is intended only for users aged 18 and above and is not directed to children. The Google Play target audience is restricted to adults, and users identified by Google Play as minors are not permitted to download the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 14. International Availability
The App may be made available in countries and regions outside mainland China. Data processing may occur in countries or regions where Google Firebase or other service providers operate. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards or user rights, we will handle requests according to those requirements.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice in the App, on the privacy policy page, or through other appropriate means.
