According to Yandex documentation, the Mobile Ads SDK's default configuration does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, user account IDs, contacts, photos, videos, files, calendar information, or browsing history. The SDK also does not collect precise or approximate location by default.
The Application uses Yandex Mobile Ads SDK, provided by Yandex, to display advertisements.
Yandex may process device-related identifiers and other information required for advertising services. Information collected through the Mobile Ads SDK may be transmitted to Yandex as a third party.
Yandex states that data collected through the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

Advertising-related data collection may be subject to user choices and applicable privacy requirements.
For users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Yandex provides mechanisms allowing developers to restrict processing of personal data when the user has not provided the required consent. The Application may use these mechanisms where applicable.
Depending on your device, operating system, location, and available privacy settings, you may also be able to reset or restrict the use of your advertising identifier or control personalized advertising through your device settings.
The Application does not require users to create an account and does not provide user registration or login functionality.
We do not intentionally request or collect through the Application:
names;
email addresses;
telephone numbers;
postal addresses;
account credentials;
contacts;
calendar information;
photos or videos;
personal files or documents;
precise location;
approximate location;
political or religious beliefs;
race or ethnicity;
sexual orientation.
The Application also does not intentionally collect information about websites visited outside the Application.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the Application.
The Yandex Mobile Ads SDK encrypts user data in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Application itself does not maintain user accounts or a personal profile database.
Data processed by third-party advertising providers may be retained according to their own policies, purposes, and applicable legal requirements.

Because the Application does not provide user accounts and does not maintain a personal account database, there is no in-app account deletion function.
You may control or reset your device's advertising identifier through your device's operating system settings.

The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

The Application uses third-party services that may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Yandex Mobile Ads SDK — for displaying advertisements and related advertising functionality.
The Application does not control the privacy practices of third-party service providers.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
