Welcome! By commissioning me for a fursuit, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

🧵 General Information

I am a minor running this business. I accept commissions from both minors and adults, but all communication must remain respectful and professional.

I do NOT create NSFW (18+) content or features, this includes anything sexual or fetish-related.

I DO accept gore/horror themed suits, including things like blood, guts, bones, scars, and exposed muscle, as long as they stay within legal and community-safe boundaries (SFW horror only).

Any hateful, discriminatory, or offensive designs will be refused.

Communication must remain respectful. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, inappropriate, or difficult to work with.

💰 Payment & Refunds

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in my queue. This deposit cannot be refunded for any reason, including cancellations.

The remaining balance can be paid in installments or in full BEFORE the suit is shipped out. I will NOT be shipping a commission until it is fully paid for, shipping fees included. 

Once I have started working on your suit or ordered materials (which usually happens within the first month after your deposit), NO refunds will be given.

If you cancel before materials are ordered and before I begin work, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the 25% deposit).

Please note: While I have never received any complaints, I want to be transparent: I am not a professional fursuit maker yet! I’m still learning and improving with every project. Your suit will be made with care and attention to quality, but it may not meet the standards of a professional-grade suit.

Due to the time, effort, and materials involved, refunds will not be issued if you are simply unsatisfied with the final product. However, if your suit arrives with any damage, I offer minor repairs free of charge.

📝 Quotes

Quotes are free and can be requested at any time! Just send me your character’s fursuit friendly reference sheet and fill the google doc listed in my bio. (If it's not there, my commissions are closed.)

Quotes are valid for 30 days, unless I state otherwise. After that, prices may change depending on material costs or queue length.

A quote is not a guarantee of a commission slot, your spot is only reserved after the 25% deposit is paid.

💳 Payment Methods

I accept PayPal and for Canadians: e-Transfer.

My PayPal account is managed by my father for legal reasons, as I am a minor. Please don’t be alarmed if the name on the account is different.

If paying with PayPal, please select the "Sending to a friend" option.

Since this is a custom commission with no physical shipment yet, PayPal may place the funds on hold if a tracking number isn’t included.

If you are in Canada, I also accept Interac e-Transfer. Let me know if you’d like to use this option and I’ll provide my info.

📦 Production & Timeline

My work is handmade, so production times may vary. I’ll always do my best to give an estimated timeline.

I do not work on weekends or holidays. (Quebec & Canada holidays)

Please always check my queue for an estimate of how long the wait is!

I will give updates along the way! You’re always welcome to check in respectfully.

📬 Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the commission price and will be calculated once the suit is finished.

I am not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Tracking will be provided.

🛑 Cancellations & Refusals

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time, especially if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

If I cancel the commission before materials are ordered or work has begun, you will receive a full refund.

If I cancel after starting work or ordering materials, I may offer a partial refund, depending on how far along I am.

📸 Usage & Credits

You are welcome to wear and share your suit however you’d like! Conventions, social media, etc.

If possible, please credit me (@sweet.juju.studios or Sweet Juju Studios) when posting photos online. It helps small creators like me grow!
