We're a Judeo-Christian based organization with 15 yrs. of childcare experience. As a Christian centered organization religious values & customs are our foundation. Christian values shape our quality of care as we aim to nurture the spiritual and developmental needs of your child. Our curriculum is influenced by Christian doctrine, American creed, highly regarded approaches to early childhood education.

Our staff is highly educated & skilled. The owner holds a master's level of education and other accolades. A Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Politics, Economics & Law. And over 70 semester units of college courses in the Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Child development and Early childhood education, Fashion Design. These accomplishments assist in providing the highest level of care & education to your child. Our experience and skills are proven. We have the capacity to meet & exceed the needs of your child.

Fall 2023 Enrollments

Thank you for contacting us for childcare! Currently we are not accepting any new enrollments as we are restructuring and are moving our daycare facility into another city. We encourage you to support other fantastic local daycares in the Barstow area to meet your childcare needs. Our Barstow office at 400 S 2nd Avenue Barstow CA 92311 is open for staff and our community partners as we continue to work to support legislation for greater access to high quality childcare in rural communities. Charities and other initiatives in support of early childhood education and development. We've had a wonderful experience in Barstow and, now exciting to begin a new chapter. All the best!

Judgment For Sweet Harmony Childcare in Libel claim over False Claims

For the past several weeks there’s been an immense amount of inaccurate reporting and misinformation about business practices at Sweet Harmony Childcare. These false and misleading statements were created and posted by a highly disgruntled past client of only about four hours, who has no substantiative knowledge of our business structure nor its operation. These actions are in retaliation for the termination of her childcare contract by management. While we're committed in support of our community unfortunate situations occur, in which relationships must be terminated due to non-payment for services rendered and or in response to unprovoked unacceptable, volatile behaviors a parent(s) may exhibit. We always wish to end relationships peacefully and amicably. And, always put the values of the families we serve and our staff above all.

In this matter, justice was slow, but we were victorious. The highly disgruntled past client faced trial for defamation in California court, was found to have defamed the reputation of our owner and her business and was ordered to pay $10, 089.50 in damages to Sweet Harmony Childcare. We urge people to use social media as a platform for positivity, self-enrichment and for spreading love and information about the wonders of life and not as a tool to spread false and defamatory statements about others. We also urge people to get the facts straight before offering support or reposting false information. See court's judgement below. Please take notice that a few things are redacted for privacy.
