Sweet Camera Policy

We recommend that you read the "Privacy Policy" in detail to get an understanding of what type of information we collect, how we collect this information and how we use it. By using our products or services, you agree to the collection, storage and use of your information as long as it follows the context dictated here and the adherence of local laws and regulations.

This "Privacy Policy" utilizes certain professional terms; we will try to explain things as concise as possible, so that you may understand completely.

The information we collect includes

(1) Information collected by our Third Party Advertising Partners

We work with third party advertising partners to provide personalized ads for you. Our partners include but are not limited to Google AdMob, DoubleClick Ad Exchange, DoubleClick for Publishers, Facebook Audience Network, MoPub, Amazon, Fyber, Smaato, Baidu, and etc. You may find more details about our partners in links below:

Our partners may collect hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, advertising IDs (such as Google's AAID and Apple's IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device' settings), device language, operating system, time zones, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device.

(2) The information collected When using "Share" services, such as photos and videos to your friends. Keep in mind that the friends who receive your photo, video and any other content can always save that content or copy it outside the app. So, the same common sense that applies to the Internet at large applies to Sweet Camera as well: Do not send or share content that you wouldn’t want someone to save or share.

(3) Any geographical locations, system languages, device model and type, or operating system versions while you are interacting with our services using any computers or devices. This information will help us learn more about you, in order to optimize services and provide a better user experience.

(4) Any records, including statistical information, key operation paths, error logs, crash logs, etc. you encounter while using our products. This will help us to get a better understanding of the status of our products, in order to improve our services, further optimize user experience and provide higher quality products.

(5) Photo metadata. Photo metadata is usually technical data that is associated with the photos and videos. Photo metadata describes when, how, where, and by which device the photo was created. Photo metadata may also include data that helps us describe the rudimentary characteristics of photos, such as types of objects, surroundings and others present in the photos, in a manner that cannot be used to reconstruct the photos or uniquely identify any specific objects, individuals or surroundings.

(6) You can turn off your device or turn off GPS location functions; by doing so, we will not obtain your current location information.

(7) Information about your activity through our services. For example, we may collect information about how you interact with the services, such as which filters you view or apply to photo and video.

(8) Camera and Photos. Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. We’ll access your camera and photos only after you give us your consent.

(9) Find accounts on the device. We does not recognize or save users' account information for any programs. We use this permission to read email when you send feedback to us so that we can contact you when problem solved.
