Welcome to **Sweatshirt Designer: Custom AI** ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are strongly committed to keeping any information we obtain from you or about you secure and transparent. This Privacy Policy describes what data our application ("App") collects, how it collects that data, all uses of that data, and how it is shared, particularly regarding third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
## 1. What Data We Collect and How We Collect It
We limit the collection of your data to only what is strictly necessary for the App to function.
- **User-Provided Text Prompts:** We collect the text descriptions and style selections you type into the App's text input fields when you want to design a custom sweatshirt, hoodie, or streetwear outfit.
- **Photos / Local Storage (Optional):** If you choose to save a generated design to your device's camera roll, the App will request permission to write to your local Photo Library. We **do not** read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photos. We only add the generated image to your gallery.
- **Usage Data & Diagnostics:** We may collect anonymous, non-identifying crash logs and basic app usage metrics to help us fix bugs and improve performance.
**We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, phone number, or physical address.**
## 2. Third-Party AI Services and Data Sharing
**To comply with App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i), we explicitly disclose our data sharing practices with Artificial Intelligence services below:**
To provide the core functionality of generating custom fashion images from your text, the App must transmit your text prompts to external AI providers.
- **What Data is Sent:** Only the specific text prompt you enter into the design field (e.g., "A vintage oversized heavy cotton hoodie") and your selected style preference. We do not send your device ID, IP address, or any personal identifying information.
- **Who the Data is Sent To:**
1. **OpenAI, L.L.C.:** We send your raw text prompt to OpenAI's API to translate and enhance your description into a highly detailed, professional English prompt optimized for image generation.
2. **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs):** The enhanced text prompt is then securely transmitted to Replicate's API (utilizing Black Forest Labs' image generation models) to physically render the visual image of the sweatshirt.
- **How the Data is Used:** The text data sent to OpenAI and Replicate is strictly used for the real-time generation of your requested fashion design concept. It is not used to identify you, track you across other apps, or build a personal profile.
- **Equal Protection Confirmation:** We confirm that both OpenAI and Replicate act as our service providers and are bound by data processing agreements that ensure they provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are strictly prohibited from using your data for their own independent marketing or tracking purposes.
- **User Permission:** Before any data is transmitted to these AI services for the first time, the App presents a clear consent modal identifying these services and requesting your explicit permission to share the text prompt.
## 3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases. We use a third-party service, **RevenueCat**, to manage these transactions.
- All payment processing is securely handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
- We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information.
- RevenueCat receives anonymous purchase receipt data to validate your subscription status and unlock premium features within the App.
## 4. Data Security and Retention
We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your data during transmission.
- The text prompts sent to our AI providers are transmitted via secure, encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Because we do not require user accounts, we do not store your text prompts or generated images on our own external servers after the generation process is complete. Images are saved locally on your device.
## 5. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
