This Privacy Policy explains how Vintago Games ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Swallow Evolve 3D (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, phone number, postal address, precise location, contacts, photos, or videos.
Local Game Data
To ensure the game functions correctly and saves your progress, the App stores gameplay information locally on your device. This may include:
Current level and game progress
Coins, lives, and power-up balances
Tutorial completion and unlock status
Audio and gameplay settings
Time-related gameplay information
Purchase transaction identifiers used to restore eligible purchases and prevent duplicate rewards
This information remains on your device and is not uploaded to servers operated by Vintago Games. You may delete it at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Some purchase entitlements may still be restored through your Google Play account.
In-App Purchases
The App offers or may offer in-app purchases through Google Play Billing, using Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP).
When making, restoring, or verifying purchases, the App and Google Play may process:
Product identifiers
Localized prices and currency
Purchase status and history
Purchase receipts or transaction identifiers
Error and availability information
Vintago Games does not collect or store your payment card or bank account information. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play. Purchase validation is performed on the device, and transaction identifiers are stored locally only to prevent duplicate rewards. The current version of the App does not send purchase receipts to Vintago Games' servers.
Support Requests
If you choose Contact Us, the App opens your preferred email application. The draft email may include:

Device model
Android version
Nothing is sent automatically. You may edit or delete any information before sending.
If you contact us, we receive only the information you choose to provide, including your email address and message contents. This information is used solely to respond to your request, investigate issues, protect the App against abuse, and maintain support records when necessary.
The current version of the App:
Does not display third-party advertisements.
Does not use the advertising identifier.
Does not intentionally enable Unity Analytics or similar analytics services.
Does not intentionally enable Firebase Crashlytics, Unity Cloud Diagnostics, or similar crash-reporting services.
Although the App is built using the Unity engine and Unity IAP, Unity Ads, Unity Analytics, and Unity Cloud Diagnostics are disabled in the current release. If these services are added in a future version, both this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety section will be updated accordingly.
The App may access the internet only when necessary to:
Process Google Play Billing requests
Verify or restore purchases
Open the Privacy Policy
Send user-initiated support emails
Internet access is not used to collect precise location information.
Information described in this Privacy Policy is used exclusively to:
Operate the game
Save gameplay progress
Process and restore purchases
Prevent duplicate purchase rewards and fraud
Respond to support requests
Maintain the security and reliability of the App
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

Google Play and Google Play Billing
Unity and Unity IAP
Your email provider and our email provider (only if you send a support request)
We may also disclose information if required by law or when necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the App.
Local game data remains on your device until removed.
Purchase transaction identifiers remain with your local save data.
Google retains payment information according to its own policies.
Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary.
Because the App does not provide user accounts, there is no in-app account deletion feature.
We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect local save data and purchase information. However, no software or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please do not include passwords, payment card information, or other highly sensitive information in support emails.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or require user accounts. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support email, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
You may:
Clear local game data through Android settings.
Uninstall the App.
Choose not to send support emails.
Remove diagnostic information before sending a support request.
Manage purchases through your Google Play account.
Request deletion of personal information contained in support correspondence.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have additional legal rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or complaints to a data protection authority.
Google, Unity, and email providers may process information outside your country of residence. Such processing is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and publishing the revised version.
