This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the BlockForge: 2048 Fusion mobile application ("App") available on Google Play.

1. OUR PRIVACY COMMITMENT

We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. BlockForge: 2048 Fusion is engineered from the ground up with an "Offline-First and Zero-Data-Collection" architecture. We do not collect, store, transmit, monetize, or share any personal identifiable information (PII) or device data.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

When you play BlockForge: 2048 Fusion, we DO NOT collect:

* Personal Information: No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.

* Gameplay & Score Data: All high scores, game statistics, settings, and session states are processed 100% strictly in temporary local memory or local Android DataStore on your device.

* Device & Hardware Identifiers: No IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID (AAID), MAC address, or IP address.

* Usage Analytics & Telemetry: No crash reporting SDKs, tracking beacons, or engagement metrics.

3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

BlockForge: 2048 Fusion requires ZERO runtime permissions. It does NOT request access to:

* Camera or Microphone

* Contacts or Calendar

* Storage or Media Files

* Location or Bluetooth

* Network / Internet Access

4. ON-DEVICE DATA STORAGE

Any user preferences (such as high scores or theme preferences) are stored strictly locally on your own device using Android's standard encrypted Preferences DataStore.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LIBRARIES

The App contains no third-party advertising networks, no commercial analytics trackers, and no external gaming servers.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Because BlockForge: 2048 Fusion collects no personal data whatsoever, the App is fully safe for users of all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. GOOGLE PLAY DEVELOPER POLICY COMPLIANCE

This policy complies fully with Google Play's User Data policy and Developer Distribution Agreement.
