Introduction

My name is Svitlana Fox. I am an English and Ukrainian language teacher, lecturer, and organizer of educational and creative projects. For more than seven years, I have been working with teenagers and adults, making the learning process accessible, effective, and engaging.

I hold two degrees in Philology and Psychology, which allow me to combine sharp academic foundations with an individual approach to each student. In addition to teaching, I organize lectures, book clubs, thematic events, and creative projects designed to inspire curiosity and communication.

I believe that learning works best when it is meaningful, interactive, and based on real-life experiences. My aim is to create an environment where knowledge, creativity, and communication support both personal and professional growth.

Group Classes & Individual Lessons

I work with teenagers and adults at CEFR levels A1–C1 in both group and individual formats. Small groups of 4–8 students allow me to maintain a comfortable learning environment while giving sufficient attention to each participant. For students with fixed or flexible schedules, I develop personalized learning plans tailored to their goals, interests, and pace of learning. In my work, I combine modern resources, a practical approach, and active communication to make learning both effective and engaging.

Exam preparation

Preparation for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) in English, Ukrainian Language, and Literature is designed for students aiming to achieve strong results and approach the exam with confidence. The course focuses on mastering the exam format, improving time management, and developing effective test-taking strategies. Regular practice with authentic tasks helps students identify weak areas and track their progress throughout the preparation process.

Lectorium

Lectorium is a space for those who value knowledge, inspiring conversations, and new connections. It brings together author lectures, book clubs, thematic events, and an online library of free educational resources. We aim to create an environment where learning becomes an engaging experience, and new ideas lead to meaningful connections, collaboration, and the creation of new projects.

RPG

One of my passions is tabletop role-playing games and storytelling. I run original campaigns using my favorite role-playing system, Call of Cthulhu, inspired by the works of H. P. Lovecraft. I am also an active member of our local gaming club 'Blue Dragon Tavern' where we play Dungeons & Dragons, Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, Warhammer, and other tabletop role-playing systems.
