Mushroom information
The information in the application should never be used to make decisions regarding whether a mushroom should be eaten, tasted, touched or ingested in any other form. The information in the application is constructed in the best possible manner and everything has been made to ensure that the information displayed is correct. However, this does not guarantee that errors can occur. The people behind this application do not take any responsibility for potential pains, intoxications or any other possible issues that could arise from using the information in this application. People respond differently to different mushrooms and allergies can occur. Always use common sense by only eating mushrooms you are completely sure are not harmful to you.
Information we collect
We store no information, everything is stored locally on the user's device.
Ads and analytics
Mushy/Svampis app only collects anonymous statistics like origin of country and number of crashes from Apple's AppStoreconnect from users who have enabled "Send anonymous data to Apple".
Information usage
We do not share personal information with outside parties as we currently have no personal information to share. If, in the future, we decide to collect user data then we may share anonymous, aggregate statistics with outside parties.
In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
Security
We implement no security measures as the app is not using the internet to communicate.
Accessing, changing, or deleting your information
You may access or change your information or delete your map annotations from the Mushy/Svampis iOS app by deleting the app.

Svampis displays image links and content from third-party feeds and sites. These are downloaded at the time of downloading the app and are stored locally. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
