Since February 2021, to support SUSS group's events and activities, the Office of Student Life has opened up the booking for these seminar rooms:
1 single seminar room
1 combined seminar room (equivalent to the size of 2 single seminar rooms)
Before proceeding with your Seminar Room booking request, please read the following:

Adhere to facility capacity (Single room: up to 60 pax, Combined rooms: up to 120 pax)
Mask should be worn as a default. Masks can be taken off when performing strenuous exercise.
Sharing of common equipment should be avoided. Personal equipment should not be shared.
Note: All students are expected to take the SMM seriously and adhere to them strictly.
Students/Groups that are found to have breached any SMM will face disciplinary actions and may be banned from future bookings. The group may also be suspended for a specified period of time.
To make a booking request for seminar rooms, please follow these steps:
Submitting the booking request via the booking form
Collating the names and email addresses for all attendees on the day of event
Liaising between the Office of Student Life and the group
Submission of booking rooms request must be made at least 7 working days before event date
Last minute booking request will be rejected
Rooms are subjected to availability
Upon receiving your request, Student POC and Staff Mentor will be notified via email on the outcome (i.e. successful or unsuccessful)
Adhere strictly to the Safe Management Measures (SMM)
