These guidelines are set to ensure sustainability and fair support for all IGs. It details the minimum number of SUSS students required to start an IG (at least 20 members), entire application process and support provided to potential and approved IGs.
Design an e-Poster to inform students about the potential start of your IG
This aims to support potential IGs in the recruitment stage, through various online publicity platforms of the Office of Student Life. Download and read/complete the IG publicity guideline and template.
Download and complete the IG Application Form
Submit the completed IG Application Form to the Office of Student Life (ost@suss.edu.sg) using your SUSS email account.
Deadline for submission of the completed IG Application Form is Friday of T2W6 of each semester.
Include your PI number and contact details when signing off. The Office of Student Life may contact you should further information be required.
Note: Submission will be deemed invalid if the application is submitted through non-SUSS emails.
