Welcome to my homepage! I am currently a Research Scientist at Intel Labs, Hillsboro, OR, USA. My research focuses on analog, RF/mm-wave, and mixed-signal integrated circuits and system design.
I received my B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India, in 2015, and my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, in 2020. At CMU, I worked under the guidance of Prof. Jeyanandh Paramesh and Prof. Rick Carley on mm-wave hybrid beamforming architectures for beyond-5G wireless systems. At Intel Labs, I am working under the mentorship of Dr. Mozhgan Mansuri on VCSEL-based co-packaged optics for next-gen high-performance computing interconnects.
I have lead-authored several ISSCC and JSSC papers across both wireless and wireline domains, filed 18 U.S. patents, and have been recognized with the IEEE SSCS Predoctoral Achievement Award (2019), the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award from CMU (2021), and the SSCS Rising Star recognition (2020).
