Sushi Violation is...

A simfile series created by Gio Shawn, which features trolly stepcharts and his cat Sushi. This type of content is made for a rhythm game engine called StepMania, which allows users to create their own steps and play all types of simfiles from other people. The VIOLATION in Sushi Violation refers to the style of the stepcharts, in which they are intentionally off tune (overstepped) and throw in impractical patterns. The SUSHI in Sushi Violation is there solely because the song graphics (mainly) feature Sushi, sometimes songs feature Sushi's family and/or other characters. This simfile series includes songs from rhythm games such as Pump It Up or Dance Dance Revolution, along with any songs the creator likes in particular.

NOTE: To prevent confusion with Sexuality Violation, another Violation simfile series, Sushi Violation can be refered to as SushiV" for convenience.
