The Sushi Tile team ("we," "our" or "us") respects the privacy of the players of Sushi Tile (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you play the Game or use any related features or pages that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please discontinue use of the Services.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Policy

Section 1: Information We Collect
Information you provide: if you contact us (for example by email to send feedback or report a problem), we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically: when you play Sushi Tile we and our service providers may collect device information (device model, operating system and version, language, time zone), advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), app version, IP address and approximate location derived from it, crash and performance data, and gameplay data such as levels played, progress, scores, in-game purchases and interactions with ads.
Information from third parties: analytics, advertising and attribution partners may provide us with information about how you interacted with ads and how you installed the Game. If you purchase items in the Game, the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) processes the payment; we do not receive your payment card number.
We do not intentionally collect your name, precise location, contacts, photos, or government identifiers.
Section 2: How We Use Your Information
We use information to: provide, operate and maintain the Game; save your progress; personalize and improve gameplay and content; analyze usage, diagnose crashes and fix bugs; show and measure advertising; process in-game purchases; respond to feedback and support requests; detect fraud, cheating and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
Section 3: How We Share Your Information
We share information with: service providers that help us run the Game (for example Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting and backend services); advertising and attribution partners that serve and measure ads; app stores that process purchases; professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights; and a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Section 4: Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Game and our partners use SDKs, device identifiers and similar technologies to collect the information described above. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (for example "Reset advertising ID" on Android, or by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS). Doing so may reduce ad relevance but will not stop the Game from working.
Section 5: Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
Section 6: Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Section 7: International Transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Section 8: Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us.
Section 9: Children
Sushi Tile is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Section 10: California Notice
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Contact us to submit a request.
Section 11: EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland Notice
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on: performance of our contract with you (providing the Game), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Game), your consent (for example personalized advertising), and legal obligations. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Section 12: Service Providers and Partners
We work with third-party providers, whose own privacy policies apply to their handling of your information, including Google (Firebase, AdMob and Google Play services), Apple, and other advertising and analytics partners.
Section 13: Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
