I am a comparative politics and governance researcher currently associated with Policy Entrepreneurs Inc (PEI). I previously served as the Strategic Planning Consultant at UNESCO Kathmandu and a visiting faculty at Kathmandu University. 

I received my graduate degree in Public Policy and Politics from Sciences Po, Paris, where I was awarded the Emile Boutmy Scholarship. I was in New Delhi at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) for my undergraduate training in Economics. There I was a recipient of the JMI's departmental merit scholarship and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) scholarship of the Government of India.
