A 4-minute animated video featured two employees discussing the bikeshare program, including how to use it and a review of safety procedures. The inclusion of peer-to-peer learning is an example of the social proof needed to encourage participation in the program.
The Inclusive Learning & Enablement team needed to inform employees companywide and across all regions of the new learning ecosystem being deployed by Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

A learning and development team in APAC needed to promote a series of instructor-led Manager Clinics that would be offered to managers of teams where trust had been eroded after multiple reductions in force.
A 40-second promo video featuring the key benefits of restoring trust on teams. The promo was launched on a repeating schedule through several channels in different regions in order to generate interest and encourage enrollment in the learning sessions.
