Children’s Book Integration - Interactive and Cross Platform Integration : Susan Bonner Children's book
Working on an interactive cross platform children's book of my own with "Wow that Turtle can fly!" I have been able to use the tools I have learned in Adobe Creative Cloud's cross platform and InDesign online publishing to train my students in digitally activated and animated children's books.

Digital Drawing for Entertainment Integration:
- As faculty advisor to the Open Digital Drawing Club I participate in weekly digital drawing sessions. We have created a hashtag to track our work at #KCADDigitalDrawing you can follow our group on tumblr by inserting that # into your search.
- I drew with my students every Friday in Open Digital Life Drawing 2014-2017.
I used this desk setup as a model for the newly renovated Cintiq Drawing Studio in 709.
Comic Methods Integrated from my studio practice:
I also encourage mentorship with professionals in the field so that students understand what will be expected of them beyond the classroom. I bring in experts from their fields to encourage this interaction. Students such as Ed Kindsvater created lasting mentorships with people in the Animation Industry, James Suhr, Story-boarder for Disney has kept in contact with him and I about how to improve drawings for the entertainment market. Comic Artists Comfort Love and Adam Withers also mentored students on Character Design and have kept us up to date on the ComicCon (Convention) scene.

Digital Drawing using Cintiq and Tablets
I have purchased a Wacom Cintiq Companion - A computer running windows which is also a cintiq. I have tested it’s capabilities for use by our students. In 2014 DM is recommending this equipment for students based on my study of the use with all Creative Cloud Software for Imaging and Animation.
