Registration Agreement

You are responsible for your use of the Services and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. User Status Submission

A: The Susan service allows submission of status texts and other communications submitted by you and other users (User Status Submissions) as well as hosting, sharing and/or publishing of such User Status Submissions. You retain ownership of User Status Submissions as described in the following section. You understand that Susan does not guarantee the confidentiality of any Submission, whether or not such User Status Submission is posted.

B. You are solely responsible for your own User Status Submissions and the consequences of posting or posting them. However, by submitting a user status submission to Susan, you hereby grant Susan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and perform the user's Status submission of content related to the Susan service and Susan (and its successors) business, including but not limited to promotion and redistribution of part or all of the Susan service (and derivative works thereof) in any media format and through any media channel. You also hereby grant to each subscriber of your status on the Susan service a non-exclusive license to access your user status submissions via the service, email and mobile phone, and to display some users as the functionality of the service allows Status submits content and is subject to these Terms of Service. The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete your User Status Submission from the Sugar Talk Services.

C.
