Susana Balbo, also known as "the queen of Torrontes" for being the one responsible for turning the Torrontes grape into a premium and distinctive Argentine product - is Argentina's first female oenologist and one of the most respected winemakers in the country. A pioneering winemaker with an outstanding career she has dedicated her life to developing not only her own vineyards, wineries and restaurants but also brought Argentine wines to the top of the international level as a president of Wines of Argentina.
Her new adventure into the hospitality industry with the launching of this luxury wine hotel is shared with her daughter Ana, who has a wide expertise in marketing and hospitality to merge with her mother's extensive experience.
