WHAT IS SURYATHON?
Suryathon is a Grand Yoga Challenge where participants come together to perform Sun Salutations in a marathon format. It is a celebration of willpower and collective energy. It’s about breaking through mental barriers, finding your flow, and experiencing the incredible "high" that comes from shared dedication and mindful movement.

Suman Paul is the visionary behind Suryathon and the founder of THE YOGI – Yoga Studio, based in Silchar, Assam. With over 8 years of teaching experience, he has guided countless individuals on their journey toward better health and mindful living. Through both online and offline sessions, he continues to inspire people to embrace yoga as a way of life and discover their true potential.

DECLARATION
The information I have provided in this form is complete and accurate.
I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the SURYATHON 2026.
I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before SURYATHON 2026 to be held on June 14.
I will not perform any posture to the extent of strain or pain. If at any time during the session I feel discomfort or strain, I will come out of the posture and rest. I will listen to my body and respect its limits while taking part in SURYATHON 2026.
I release the teacher and the organizers from liability resulting from any injury or discomfort from my attendance and participation in SURYATHON 2026 to be held on June 14, at Silchar (Assam).
