Who We Are

Survivor Aid is a leading independent non-profit organization committed to transforming lives and building resilient, empowered communities across South Sudan.
Founded by a team of multi-skilled local professionals, the organization was born out of a deep dedication to restoring dignity, safety, and self-reliance among survivors of conflict, displaced populations, and those affected by explosive remnants of war (ERW), including cluster munition remnants.
Survivor Aid works at the grassroots level to ensure equitable access to essential services—healthcare, education, protection, and livelihoods—while promoting community-led solutions to complex humanitarian challenges. Special attention is given to vulnerable groups, including women, children, persons with disabilities, and families impacted by explosive hazards.

Through its integrated approach—combining protection, socio-economic empowerment, climate resilience, and social cohesion—Survivor Aid empowers communities not only to recover from crisis but to shape their own future with dignity, productivity, and hope.
