This policy explains how the SurveyOne Android application accesses, uses, stores, transmits,

and shares data. SurveyOne is a professional field-surveying and engineering application. It does

not require a named user account, email address, phone number, or password. The app creates a

pseudonymous Firebase installation and anonymous authentication identifier to provide technical

services such as notifications and anonymous online-presence statistics.

1. Data stored on the device

Projects, point names, coordinates, observations, drawings, DXF files, reports, exports, field

photos, notes, and point-cloud data are stored locally on the device or in a location selected by

the user when importing, exporting, or sharing. SurveyOne does not automatically upload this

professional project content to Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote

Config, Cloud Messaging, or Realtime Database. The project database and security or entitlement

data are excluded from Android automatic cloud backup. Android may back up some non-sensitive

preferences according to the device owner's Android backup settings.

2. Location

After permission is granted, SurveyOne uses precise or approximate device location to display the

current position, capture points, perform stakeout and navigation, open directions, and position

the map. Location permission can be denied or withdrawn in Android settings, but features that

depend on location will not work. SurveyOne does not send precise survey coordinates or location

history to Firebase Analytics or the SurveyOne presence database. Map, advertising, analytics,

and performance providers may receive an IP address and derive an approximate country or general

area, as described below.

3. Camera, photos, and 3D scanning

After permission is granted, the app uses the camera for engineering photos, camera measurement,

and optional 3D scanning. Camera frames required by these features are processed on the device.

Compatible 3D scanning features use Google Play Services for AR (ARCore), which may process

service-related technical and diagnostic data under Google's privacy policy. Photos may contain

EXIF metadata such as capture time or location. Photos and scans remain local unless the user

chooses to export, share, or attach them to a support request.

4. Files, exports, and user-initiated sharing

SurveyOne accesses files selected through Android's system file picker and files created in

app-managed folders. It shares a project file, photo, report, or diagnostic package with another

application only after the user chooses an export or share action. The receiving application or

service then processes that content under its own privacy policy.

5. Firebase services

SurveyOne uses the following Google Firebase services:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: collects app-instance and advertising identifiers, masked IP

  address from which coarse location may be derived, app lifecycle and screen events, notification

  interactions, ad interactions, purchase events, app version, device information, and the

  non-sensitive product events explicitly logged by SurveyOne. SurveyOne logs technical screen or

  feature names and language/theme preferences; it does not log project names, point names,

  coordinates, filenames, photos, notes, or survey measurements.

• Firebase Crashlytics: collects crash and ANR stack traces, relevant application state, device

  metadata, app version, installation/session identifiers, and limited developer-defined technical

  keys or logs used to diagnose reliability. SurveyOne does not intentionally attach project

  content or precise coordinates to crash reports.

• Firebase Performance Monitoring: collects app startup and performance measurements,

  supported network timing and response metadata, app/device information, IP-derived country,

  language/locale, and installation/session identifiers. URL query parameters and request or

  response payload content are not included in automatic network traces.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: uses a Firebase installation identifier and registration token to

  deliver SurveyOne notifications. It may record message delivery and notification interaction

  events. Android 13 and later require notification permission, which the user may deny or revoke.

• Firebase Remote Config: receives technical configuration context such as installation ID,

  country code, language, time zone, platform/app/SDK version, and relevant Analytics properties.

  SurveyOne uses Remote Config to enable or disable advertising placements and change ad-unit

  identifiers without releasing a new app version. It does not use Remote Config to download

  executable code.

• Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database: the app signs in anonymously and records a

  pseudonymous installation UID, foreground connection state, and server-generated last-online

  timestamp. This powers aggregate online-user statistics. It does not store the user's name,

  email, password, project content, or precise location. Each installation may write only its own

  presence record under restricted database rules.

Firebase data may be processed on Google infrastructure in multiple countries. Retention varies

by Firebase product and is described in Google's Firebase privacy and security documentation.

6. Advertising and consent

The free tier may display ads using Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. The SDK automatically collects and

shares IP address (which may estimate general location), app and ad interactions such as launches,

taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device/account identifiers including the

resettable or deletable Android advertising ID and app-set ID. These data are used for advertising,

analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Where required, Google User Messaging Platform displays a consent form before eligible ad

requests. A privacy-options entry in SurveyOne allows users to review or withdraw choices when

required. Users may also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. Firebase Remote

Config can stop ad requests globally or per placement; disabling ads does not remove other Firebase

services described in this policy.

7. Maps and external services

Map features may use Google Maps Platform, Esri maps, or OpenStreetMap tiles according to the

selected layer. A provider may receive IP address, device and request metadata, SDK identifiers,

map interaction events such as pan or zoom, crash metrics, and the map area requested. Opening

directions in Google Maps or opening the SurveyOne LinkedIn community leaves the app and is governed

by the receiving service's policy.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. SurveyOne does not receive full

payment-card details. Google processes transaction information under its policies. The app queries

purchase status and stores an encrypted local entitlement state to restore paid features. Firebase

Analytics may receive automatic purchase events including product ID, product name, price, and

subscription status.

9. Support and user-submitted content

The in-app support flow prepares an email draft containing only the description, attachments, and

diagnostic information reviewed by the user. SurveyOne does not send the draft automatically. If

the user sends it, the email and attachments are delivered to completion.suppor@gmail.com.

Diagnostics may include app version, device model, Android version, active coordinate reference

system, and project item counts. Users should not send passwords, credentials, sensitive client

documents, or photos of people without authorization.

10. Data retention and deletion

Local projects, points, photos, scans, and files remain until the user deletes them, clears the app's

data, or uninstalls the app, subject to copies the user exported or shared. Active presence

connections are removed when the app disconnects; a pseudonymous UID and last-online timestamp may

remain for service operation, diagnostics, security, and aggregate statistics. Firebase, Analytics,

Crashlytics, Performance, Messaging, Remote Config, AdMob, Maps, Google Play, and email providers

retain data according to their own documented schedules.

SurveyOne does not provide a named in-app account. To request deletion of SurveyOne-controlled

anonymous presence data or support correspondence, email completion.suppor@gmail.com with the

subject SurveyOne data deletion request and enough information to locate the relevant record.

We may ask for reasonable verification and may retain information when required for security,

fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an unresolved transaction. SurveyOne cannot delete data

controlled independently by Google or another third-party provider; use that provider's privacy

controls for such data.

11. Security

Data sent by the integrated Google services is encrypted in transit. SurveyOne limits local access

through Android permissions, app-private storage, encrypted entitlement preferences, restricted

Firebase database rules, and Android secure temporary file-sharing mechanisms. No method of

electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so users should protect their devices,

backups, and sensitive project content.

12. User choices

Users may deny or withdraw location, camera, and notification permissions; change advertising

consent where available; reset or delete the advertising ID; delete local app data; uninstall the

app; and contact SurveyOne regarding support or deletion requests. Some app features will not work

without their corresponding permission or technical service.

13. Children

SurveyOne is a professional tool for surveyors, engineers, and field teams and is not directed to

children. SurveyOne does not knowingly request a child's name, email, or account. If a child has

sent personal data to support, contact us to request deletion.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app functionality, service providers, or legal requirements change.

The last-updated date will be changed and a prominent notice may be provided for material changes.

تشرح هذه السياسة كيفية وصول تطبيق SurveyOne لنظام Android إلى البيانات واستخدامها وتخزينها

ونقلها ومشاركتها. SurveyOne أداة مهنية للمساحة والهندسة الميدانية. لا يطلب التطبيق حسابًا باسم

المستخدم أو بريدًا إلكترونيًا أو رقم هاتف أو كلمة مرور، لكنه ينشئ معرّف تثبيت مستعارًا وتسجيل

دخول مجهولاً في Firebase لتشغيل خدمات تقنية مثل الإشعارات وإحصاءات الحضور المجهولة.

1. البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز

تُحفظ المشاريع وأسماء النقاط والإحداثيات والأرصاد والرسومات وملفات DXF والتقارير والصور

الميدانية والملاحظات وبيانات Point Cloud محليًا على الجهاز أو في المكان الذي يختاره المستخدم

عند الاستيراد أو التصدير أو المشاركة. لا يرفع SurveyOne هذا المحتوى المهني تلقائيًا إلى خدمات

Firebase. كما يستبعد قاعدة بيانات المشاريع وبيانات الأمان والاستحقاق من النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي

التلقائي لنظام Android، وقد ينسخ Android بعض التفضيلات غير الحساسة وفق إعدادات مالك الجهاز.

2. الموقع

بعد منح الإذن، يستخدم SurveyOne الموقع الدقيق أو التقريبي لعرض الموضع الحالي وتسجيل النقاط

والتوقيع المساحي والملاحة وفتح الاتجاهات وتحديد موضع الخريطة. يمكن رفض الإذن أو سحبه من إعدادات

Android، وعندها لن تعمل الميزات المعتمدة عليه. لا يرسل SurveyOne الإحداثيات المساحية الدقيقة أو

سجل الموقع إلى Firebase Analytics أو قاعدة بيانات الحضور. قد يستلم مزودو الخرائط والإعلانات

والتحليلات والأداء عنوان IP ويستنتجون منه دولة أو منطقة عامة.

3. الكاميرا والصور والمسح ثلاثي الأبعاد

بعد منح الإذن، يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا للصور الهندسية والقياس بالكاميرا والمسح ثلاثي الأبعاد

الاختياري. تتم معالجة إطارات الكاميرا اللازمة لهذه الميزات على الجهاز. تستخدم الأجهزة المتوافقة

Google Play Services for AR (ARCore)، وقد تعالج Google بيانات تقنية وتشخيصية مرتبطة بالخدمة.

قد تحتوي الصور على بيانات EXIF مثل وقت الالتقاط أو الموقع. تبقى الصور وعمليات المسح محلية ما لم

يختر المستخدم تصديرها أو مشاركتها أو إرفاقها بطلب دعم.

4. الملفات والتصدير والمشاركة باختيار المستخدم

يصل SurveyOne إلى الملفات التي يختارها المستخدم من خلال منتقي ملفات Android والملفات التي ينشئها

داخل مجلداته. لا يشارك ملف مشروع أو صورة أو تقريرًا أو حزمة تشخيص مع تطبيق آخر إلا بعد اختيار

المستخدم أمر التصدير أو المشاركة. ثم تعالج الجهة المستلمة المحتوى وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

5. خدمات Firebase

يستخدم SurveyOne الخدمات التالية من Google Firebase:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: يجمع معرّف نسخة التطبيق ومعرّف الإعلانات، وعنوان IP مخفيًا

  يمكن اشتقاق موقع عام منه، وأحداث دورة حياة التطبيق والشاشات، وتفاعلات الإشعارات والإعلانات،

  وأحداث الشراء، وإصدار التطبيق ومعلومات الجهاز، وأحداث المنتج التقنية التي يسجلها SurveyOne.

  لا يسجل التطبيق أسماء المشاريع أو النقاط أو الإحداثيات أو أسماء الملفات أو الصور أو الملاحظات

  أو القياسات المساحية.

• Firebase Crashlytics: يجمع تتبعات الأعطال وحالات عدم الاستجابة وحالة التطبيق ذات الصلة

  وبيانات الجهاز وإصدار التطبيق ومعرّفات التثبيت والجلسة ومفاتيح أو سجلات تقنية محدودة لتشخيص

  الأعطال. لا يرفق SurveyOne عمدًا محتوى المشاريع أو الإحداثيات الدقيقة بالتقارير.

• Firebase Performance Monitoring: يجمع قياسات بدء التطبيق والأداء وأزمنة الشبكة المدعومة

  وبيانات الاستجابة ومعلومات التطبيق والجهاز والدولة المستنتجة من IP واللغة ومعرّفات التثبيت

  والجلسة. لا تتضمن التتبعات الآلية معاملات عناوين URL أو محتوى الطلب والاستجابة.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: يستخدم معرّف تثبيت ورمز تسجيل لإرسال إشعارات SurveyOne، وقد

  يسجل التسليم والتفاعل. يتطلب Android 13 فما بعد إذن الإشعارات ويمكن للمستخدم رفضه أو سحبه.

• Firebase Remote Config: يستلم سياقًا تقنيًا مثل معرّف التثبيت والدولة واللغة والمنطقة

  الزمنية وإصدارات النظام والتطبيق وSDK وبعض خصائص Analytics. يستخدمه SurveyOne لتشغيل مواضع

  الإعلانات أو إيقافها وتغيير معرّفات الوحدات الإعلانية دون إصدار جديد، ولا يستخدمه لتنزيل كود

  تنفيذي.

• Firebase Authentication وRealtime Database: يسجل التطبيق دخولًا مجهولاً ويحفظ معرّف تثبيت

  مستعارًا وحالة الاتصال في الواجهة الأمامية ووقت آخر ظهور من الخادم لإحصاءات المستخدمين

  المتصلين. لا يحفظ الاسم أو البريد أو كلمة المرور أو محتوى المشروع أو الموقع الدقيق، ولا يمكن لكل

  تثبيت الكتابة إلا في سجل الحضور الخاص به وفق قواعد قاعدة البيانات.

قد تُعالج بيانات Firebase على بنية Google في عدة دول، وتختلف مدة الاحتفاظ باختلاف المنتج وفق

وثائق الخصوصية والأمان في Firebase.

6. الإعلانات والموافقة

قد تعرض الفئة المجانية إعلانات عبر Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. تجمع الحزمة وتشارك تلقائيًا عنوان

IP الذي قد يقدّر الموقع العام، وتفاعلات التطبيق والإعلان مثل التشغيل والنقر ومشاهدة الفيديو،

وبيانات التشخيص، ومعرّفات الجهاز أو الحساب ومنها معرّف إعلانات Android القابل لإعادة الضبط أو

الحذف ومعرّف App Set. تستخدم البيانات للإعلان والتحليلات وقياس الإعلان ومنع الاحتيال والأمان

والامتثال.

عندما يلزم ذلك، تعرض Google User Messaging Platform نموذج موافقة قبل طلبات الإعلانات المؤهلة،

ويتيح مدخل خيارات الخصوصية في SurveyOne مراجعة الاختيارات أو سحبها. ويمكن إعادة ضبط معرّف

الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات Android. يستطيع Firebase Remote Config إيقاف طلبات الإعلانات كليًا

أو لكل موضع، لكن إيقافها لا يعطل خدمات Firebase الأخرى المذكورة في هذه السياسة.

7. الخرائط والخدمات الخارجية

قد تستخدم الخرائط Google Maps Platform أو Esri أو OpenStreetMap حسب الطبقة المختارة. قد يستلم

المزود عنوان IP وبيانات الجهاز والطلب ومعرّفات SDK وتفاعلات الخريطة مثل التحريك والتكبير وبيانات

الأعطال ومنطقة الخريطة المطلوبة. يخضع فتح الاتجاهات في Google Maps أو مجتمع SurveyOne على

LinkedIn لسياسة الخدمة المستلمة.

8. المشتريات والاشتراكات

تعالج Google Play Billing المشتريات والاشتراكات، ولا يستلم SurveyOne بيانات بطاقة الدفع الكاملة.

يستعلم التطبيق عن حالة الشراء ويحفظ محليًا حالة استحقاق مشفرة لاستعادة الميزات المدفوعة. وقد

يستلم Firebase Analytics أحداث شراء آلية تشمل معرّف المنتج واسمه وسعره وحالة الاشتراك.

9. الدعم والمحتوى الذي يرسله المستخدم

ينشئ مسار الدعم مسودة بريد تحتوي فقط على الوصف والمرفقات والتشخيصات التي راجعها المستخدم، ولا

يرسلها التطبيق تلقائيًا. إذا اختار المستخدم الإرسال، تصل الرسالة إلى

completion.suppor@gmail.com. قد تشمل التشخيصات إصدار التطبيق وطراز الجهاز وإصدار Android ونظام

الإحداثيات النشط وأعداد عناصر المشروع. يجب عدم إرسال كلمات مرور أو بيانات اعتماد أو مستندات عميل

حساسة أو صور أشخاص دون إذن.

10. الاحتفاظ والحذف

تبقى المشاريع والنقاط والصور وعمليات المسح والملفات المحلية حتى يحذفها المستخدم أو يمسح بيانات

التطبيق أو يزيله، مع مراعاة النسخ التي صدّرها أو شاركها. تُحذف اتصالات الحضور النشطة عند انقطاع

التطبيق، وقد يبقى المعرّف المستعار ووقت آخر ظهور لتشغيل الخدمة والتشخيص والأمان والإحصاءات

المجمعة. تحتفظ خدمات Firebase وAnalytics وCrashlytics وPerformance وMessaging وRemote Config

وAdMob والخرائط وGoogle Play والبريد بالبيانات وفق مددها المعلنة.

لا يوفر SurveyOne حسابًا باسم المستخدم داخل التطبيق. لطلب حذف بيانات الحضور المجهولة التي يتحكم

بها SurveyOne أو مراسلات الدعم، أرسل بريدًا إلى completion.suppor@gmail.com بعنوان

SurveyOne data deletion request مع معلومات كافية لتحديد السجل. قد نطلب تحققًا معقولاً، وقد

نحتفظ بما يلزم للأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو القانون أو معاملة غير مكتملة. لا يستطيع SurveyOne حذف

بيانات تتحكم بها Google أو جهة مستقلة؛ استخدم أدوات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الجهة.

11. الأمان

تُشفّر البيانات التي ترسلها خدمات Google المضمنة أثناء النقل. يقيّد SurveyOne الوصول المحلي عبر

أذونات Android والتخزين الخاص بالتطبيق وتفضيلات الاستحقاق المشفرة وقواعد Firebase المقيدة وآليات

مشاركة الملفات المؤقتة الآمنة. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل آمنة بنسبة مئة بالمئة، لذا يجب حماية

الجهاز والنسخ الاحتياطية ومحتوى المشاريع الحساسة.

12. اختيارات المستخدم

يمكن للمستخدم رفض أو سحب أذونات الموقع والكاميرا والإشعارات، وتغيير موافقة الإعلانات عند توفرها،

وإعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه، وحذف بيانات التطبيق المحلية، وإزالة التطبيق، والتواصل بشأن

الدعم أو الحذف. لن تعمل بعض الميزات دون الإذن أو الخدمة التقنية المقابلة.

13. الأطفال

SurveyOne أداة مهنية للمساحين والمهندسين وفرق المواقع وليست موجهة للأطفال. لا يطلب التطبيق عمدًا

اسم طفل أو بريده أو حسابه. إذا أرسل طفل بيانات شخصية إلى الدعم، تواصل معنا لطلب حذفها.

14. تغييرات السياسة

قد نحدث هذه السياسة عند تغير وظائف التطبيق أو مزودي الخدمات أو المتطلبات القانونية، وسنغير تاريخ

آخر تحديث وقد نقدم إشعارًا بارزًا عند وجود تغيير جوهري.
