1. Requesting a quotation
Please download a quotation requesting form with a price list of your preference:
To request a quotation, please send us a fax or an e-mail message that specifies product ID(s), quantity, and the shipping address.
2. Quotation/Estimate
We will send you a quotation and a purchase order form with our bank account information via E-mail or FAX. The "Total amount" of quotation includes shipping & handling charges and insurance, but Import Tax & Duty Charges. Buyer will be responsible for any Import Tax or Duty Charges imposed on your order by customs or other agents.
3. Placing an order
To place an order, please fax the signed purchase order form to us and transfer the "Total amount" of money in Japanese Yen to our bank account.
4. Manufacturing
We usually start manufacturing the goods you purchased on receiving your payment. It will take one month or two to manufacture five to ten sets. If we have the ordered goods in stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. If you fax us the bank-transfer record, we can start manufacturing earlier than waiting for the completion of the transfer.
5. Shipping
The purchased goods will be delivered via "Express Mail International Service" ("EMS") by Japan Postal Service ("Japan Post"), or other carriers as fedex, to the named Shipping Address. Japan Post (and several foreign postal service agencies as well) provides EMS package tracking service (the package ID(s) will be sent to you after diliverly of the goods to Japan Post).
6. Loss or damage of the goods
Shipping & Handling charges include insurance of Goods (the invoice amount) provided by EMS. Claim of loss or damage of the Goods should be addressed to the local postal service office at the destination.
Since our products are essentially consumable, no warranty will be offered.
We manufacture our products on your order. After the step 3 above, we do not refund or exchange for the goods or Shipping & Handling charges.
