PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy applies to the Surah Mulk app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Hamdaan Apps (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed to work fully offline. It does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with the Service Provider or any external server.

All data generated by the Application — including your notes, bookmarks, reading position, font preferences, theme settings, and reminder time — is stored locally on your device only and is never sent outside of it.

The Application does not collect:

Your name, email address, or any contact information
Your device's IP address
Your location data
Any usage analytics or behavioral tracking data

Third Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party service solely to enable the in-app review feature:

Google Play Services (In-App Review API) — Privacy Policy

This service is provided by Google LLC. When you choose to submit a review, it is handled entirely by Google Play and is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy. The Service Provider does not receive or store your review data.

No other third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics tools are integrated into the Application.

Data Stored on Your Device

The Application stores the following data locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences:

Reading position and bookmark
Personal notes and reflections (written by you, per verse)
App preferences (theme, font size, language, reading mode)
Daily reminder time
Reading streak and open count (used only for in-app review eligibility check)

This data never leaves your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the Application.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the Google Play Store.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13 and does not collect any personally identifiable information from any user. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at maliha.danish615@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

Since the Application does not transmit any data externally, your information remains solely on your device. The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is secure and free from unnecessary data collection.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed acceptance of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the terms described in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
