Support — Find Differences: Spot & Seek
Email: neerajchaudhary0011@icloud.com
We read every message and usually reply within two working days. It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version and the app version (Settings → About Game inside the app).
I can't find the last difference.
Use a hint — the bulb circles one difference you have not found yet. Showing that same spot again is free: a hint buys the spot, not the glow. You can also pinch to zoom into any corner.
I ran out of hearts.
You are never stuck. "Keep playing" gives you a heart back for free, hints become free from then on, and the level finishes at one star. Refilling all three hearts costs 40 coins if you would rather have them back.
A jigsaw piece will not go in.
A piece clicks in only when it is genuinely in its own slot — there is no magnet and no glowing hint. A piece dropped anywhere else on the board stays where you put it, so you can line pieces up and come back to them.
How do I get more coins or hints?
By playing: finish levels, finish the Daily Challenge, open jigsaw gates, and open the game each day for the welcome-back gift. Coins cannot be bought — there are no in-app purchases in this app.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The whole game works with no connection, always.
How do I turn reminders off?
Settings → Reminders, inside the app. If iOS has notifications switched off for the app, that switch takes you to the iPhone Settings app.
My progress disappeared.
Progress is stored on your device only and is not tied to an account. Deleting the app deletes it. If it vanished without deleting the app, please email us — an unreadable save is moved aside rather than destroyed, so it may be recoverable.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Erase all progress, inside the app. Deleting the app does the same.
Accessibility.
The game supports VoiceOver (including an action to reveal a difference when tapping is not possible), Dynamic Type, and a Calm Animations mode that follows the system Reduce Motion setting.
