Our 2021 ED Talks series entitled Multipliers, is inspired by the work of Liz Wiseman and her New York Times best-selling book, Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter. Through the personal stories shared in this year’s nine sessions, this ED Talks series will develop strong student leaders within the context of the online higher education environment. Attendees will reflect on opportunities to maximize impact on students through course design, instruction, and facilitation. As a result, students will improve their skills in the online higher education classroom and beyond. Additionally, this ED Talks series focuses on helping leaders develop faculty teams that "make everyone smarter" when supporting students (Wiseman, 2017). We look forward to sharing 2021 ED Talks with the broader educational community.
