The domestic version of SuperTour 2007 will take place in the states of Idaho and Montana from July 30 to August 10 and will cover 1000 miles.

Route
Day 0
Riders will be arriving Sunday. That night we are staying at the campgound in Montour - 15 miles east of the town of Emmett, Idaho.
Day 1
The tour starts at Montour, ID on state route 52. It goes north on state route 55 to Banks, ID. We travel via the Wildlife Canyon Senic Byway eastward to Bonneville Campground. 76 miles.
Day 2
The route continues east on the Ponderosa Pine Senic Byway to Stanley, ID. From Stanley the route travels south crossing Galena summit elevation 8,701 in the Sawtooth Mountains. We camp at Wood River Campground in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. 90 miles.
Day 3
We take state route 75 south and pass through Ketchum on the Sawtooth Scenic Byway. We then travel east on route 20 passing though Craters of the Moon National Monument ending in the town of Arco at the Mountain View RV Park. 91 miles.
Day 4
The route goes north on route 93 passing Borah Peak, the highest peak in ID elevation 12, 662' and passes over Willow Creek Summit 7,161' and finishes at Challis Hot Springs Campground. 85 miles.
Day 5
Continues north on route 93 on the Salmon River Scenic Byway to Salmon, ID and we camp at the Salmon Meadows Campground. 67 miles. Optional ride to Elk Bend (a 40 mile scenic out-and-back).
Day 6
We cross the Continental Divide on Lost Trail Pass, elevation 7,014' entering the state of Montana via the Nez Perce National Historical Trail. We camp on the banks of Lake Como. 84 miles.
Day 7
Continues north following the Bitteroot River turning back towards Idaho traveling west on route 12. Camping at Lolo Hot Springs. 81 miles.
Day 8
Crosses Lolo Pass elevation 7,950' traveling into Idaho following the Northwest Passage Scenic Byway. The Byway takes us on a 90 mile downhill to Lewis and Clark Resort Campground. 112 miles.
Day 9
We have an intentional short day -- 36 miles on state route 14 but with several options to explore this especially scenic area. Option 1: Explore the Goldrush Historic Byway to Headquarters, ID in the heart of the historic gold country. Option 2: Follow one of the least traveled roads though a hidden scenic canyon to Elk City. Camping at South Fork Campground. 36 miles (+ options)
Day 10
Follows the Salmon River south though the Nez Perce National Forest to Riggins, ID. 85 miles.
Day 11
The route from Riggins takes us though McCall, ID to Lake Cascade. Camping at Arrowhead RV Park. 76 miles.
Day 12
From Cascade, ID the route takes us back to Montour via the Payette River Scenic Byway. 60 miles. Short day -- riders can depart that afternoon. Campground also available.
