At MixLab, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy is designed to explain how we collect, use, process, share, and safeguard Personal Information about you gathered through our Mobile applications, includingSuper Pineapple App (hereinafter referred to as “Super Pineapple” or “our App”), which is provided to you by MIXLAB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “we”,“us” or “our”) for use on your mobile device.
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Collection Your Personal Data
“Personal data” is information, or parts thereof, by means of which you can be identified either directly (e.g. by your name) or indirectly (e.g. by pseudonymised data such as a unique ID, e.g. in order to offer our services and understand how you use our services and your apps). This means that personal data includes, for example, email addresses, addresses, mobile phone numbers, user names, profile pictures, personal preferences and use behaviour regarding the apps used on your end device, user content, financial information and health-related information. However, this could also include one-time identifiers such as the IP address of your end device or the browser you use, and other specific information about your mobile device.
We may collect information about you when you visit our Sites or use our Services, including the following:
Device Information – Which can be automatically collected from any device used to access our Services. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your device type; your device’s network connections; your device’s name; your device’s IP address; information about your device’s web browser and the internet connection being used to access the Site or Services; Geolocation Information; information about apps downloaded to your device; and biometric data (e.g., Touch ID/Fingerprint to verify your identity).
Personal information – When you register to use our Services by establishing an Account, we will collect Personal Data as necessary to offer and fulfill the Services you request.
We may require you to provide us with your age, gender, usage of apps and identification information to establish an Account. We may require you to provide us with additional Personal Data required by the survey partners for joining a survey or other services.
When you log in to your profile, Our App places cookies on your device to allow you to stay logged in - even if you need to reload the app in the meantime. By creating your profile, you can use the functions of Our App.
Usage information – When you start using Super Pineapple, we collect usage information from your device that you use to access the Services. Usage information tells us how you use the Services, such as what you have searched for and viewed on the offers and the way you use our Services, including your IP address, statistics regarding how pages are loaded or viewed, the pages you visited before coming to the Sites and other usage and browsing information collected through Cookies.
Installed apps (including the use duration and use history) - The data is linked to your device via the device ID (GAID or IDFA) ransmitted to our servers in unencrypted form. So that app providers can finance our app proposals, your device ID must be transferred to them for billing purposes. In order to measure the usage time as well as the installed apps, users can voluntarily upload screenshots from their mobile phone via the Super Pineapple, after which they will be automatically processed, evaluated, and stored in our system for your membership.
Payment information - To process the payout of credits you receive through participation in surveys in or via our app, we offer various payment methods, some of which use payment service providers such as PayPal. Processed data in this context are usage data, connection data, master data, payment data, contact data or even contract data. The legal basis for the use of payment service providers results from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. We have signed an order processing contract with each of the payment service providers so that the security of the processing of your data is guaranteed at all times.
Paypal - It is possible to process the payment process with the online payment service PayPal. PayPal makes it possible to make online payments to third parties. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, your data required for the payment process will be automatically transmitted to PayPal. Name, address, company, email address, phone and mobile number, IP address. The data transmitted to PayPal may be transmitted by PayPal to credit reporting agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to check identity and creditworthiness. PayPal may also pass on your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfil contractual obligations or if the data is to be processed on behalf of a third party. Processing of Your Personal Data
We may Process your information for the following reasons:
Personalized services on our services - Personal Data about you if you use our services –The processing procedures connected with the creation and completion of a profile serve the purpose of being able to assign future usage procedures and to be able to access the entire range of Our App Services.
Checking whether you are suitable for surveys that we receive from the marketplaces. In order to participate in surveys, you must meet the criteria requested for the specific survey. We will check whether you meet the criteria either by asking you (if we have not yet asked you for the criteria of the survey) or automatically (if we have already asked you for the criteria of the survey) after receiving the survey by comparing the criteria with the information you have provided about yourself. The processing of your data thus serves the implementation of the contract, is therefore purpose-bound and necessary in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Calculation of Bonus Payments - We also use the data about your use of the apps running in the foreground of your end device to calculate the bonuses generated by you, if you have obtained and installed these apps via Super Pineapple For this purpose, we also log and use data about your purchases of services and virtual items within the framework of the apps used by you (in-app purchases), and about relevant in-app occurrences relevant for the calculation of the bonuses, such as level increases. The processing of this data takes place based on the consent granted by you (see above) and serves to perform the contract on the use of Super Pineapple by you.
Personalized services on third-party services - We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to provide these online services and/or work with other third-parties such as merchant’s, advertising or analytics companies to provide these online services. You may see these ads or promotions in several places, including, without limitation, in non-Super Pineapple mobile apps (for example, in a gaming app), after which Super Pineapple shall provide you with access to, or contact you to complete, a survey about the ad or promotion that you were exposed to. To facilitate the completion of surveys on ads or promotions, Super Pineapple has partnered with ad companies that provide, measure or facilitate advertisements, including, without limitation, in many other mobile apps. The Application/Services provides these ad networks with the device information and other information, Then, when you use a mobile app that has partnered with one of the ad companies, the ad company can use your unique device identifier or other automatically collected information to recognize your device.
Personal Data to our security services - To manage risk and protect the Sites, the Services and you from fraud by verifying your identity. Our risk and fraud tools use Personal Data, unique ID, IP address and Geolocation Information from our app that offer Super Pineapple Services to help detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the Services.
The storage of IP address and time of registration is necessary to ensure the security of our information technology systems. This is also in our legitimate interest, which is why the processing is also lawful in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Personal Data to fulfill our legal or regulatory obligations and for our business purposes. We may retain Personal Data for longer periods than required by law if it is in our legitimate business interests and not prohibited by law. If your Account is closed, we may take steps to mask Personal Data and other information, but we reserve our ability to retain and access the data for so long as required to comply with applicable laws. We will continue to use and disclose such Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

We do not and will not sell any personal data to third parties for their own commercial use.
If you are a California resident, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information about you that we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. For your protection and the protection of all of our users, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can answer such a request.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
When you visit our Sites, use our Services, or visit a third-party website for which we provide online Services, we and our business partners and vendors may use cookies and other tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to recognize you as a User and to customize your online experiences, the Services you use, and other online content and advertising; measure the effectiveness of promotions and perform analytics; and to mitigate risk, prevent potential fraud, and promote trust and safety across our Sites and Services. If you have an Account with any of our Services, you will generally be able to review and edit Personal Data in the Account by accessing the account and updating the information directly. You can also contact us if you do not have an Account or if you have questions about Account information or other Personal Data.
Protection of your personal data
Protect We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. The security measures include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls. We are not responsible for protecting any Personal Data that we share with a third-party based on an account connection that you have authorized.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect information, including Personal Data, from children or other individuals who are not legally able to use our Sites and Services. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 18, we will promptly delete it, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data.
