Super Market app management is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use your data in compliance with global app store standards:
1. Information We Collect:
We collect basic information such as name, phone number, email address, and geographic location to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
2. Location Access & Usage:
- For Users (Customers): We request access to your location "While Using the App" to accurately determine the delivery address, calculate shipping costs, and ensure your order reaches you correctly.
- For Drivers (Delivery Staff): The app requires access to your location "Always" (Background Location). This is essential to track the delivery progress and provide real-time updates to customers on their order status, even when the app is closed or running in the background. This ensures the efficiency and reliability of our delivery service.
3. Use of Data:
Your data is used only to process your orders, communicate with you regarding delivery updates, and improve your overall shopping experience.
4. Data Protection:
We implement technical and administrative security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
5. Data Sharing:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. Your location and address are only shared with the specific driver assigned to your order to facilitate the delivery process.
6. Account and Data Deletion:
We respect your right to privacy and control over your data. A clear "Delete Account" option is provided within the app settings. Upon requesting account deletion, all your personal information, order history, and saved addresses will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers immediately.

تلتزم إدارة تطبيق Super Market بحماية خصوصيتك. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع بياناتك واستخدامها بما يضمن توافق التطبيق مع المعايير الدولية لمتجري أبل وجوجل:
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها:
نقوم بجمع معلومات أساسية مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، والموقع الجغرافي لضمان تقديم خدمة توصيل دقيقة وسريعة.
2. الوصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي واستخدامه:
- للزبائن (المستخدمين): نطلب الوصول إلى موقعك الجغرافي "أثناء استخدام التطبيق" فقط، وذلك لتحديد عنوان التوصيل بدقة، وحساب تكلفة الشحن، وضمان وصول طلبك للمكان الصحيح.
- للمناديب (طاقم التوصيل): يتطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي "دائماً" (في الخلفية). هذه الميزة أساسية لتتبع مسار الشحنة وتزويد الزبائن بتحديثات مباشرة عن مكان الطلب في الوقت الفعلي، حتى لو كان التطبيق مغلقاً أو يعمل في الخلفية، وذلك لضمان كفاءة وموثوقية خدمة التوصيل لدينا.
3. استخدام البيانات:
تُستخدم بياناتك فقط لمعالجة طلباتك، والتواصل معك بخصوص تحديثات التوصيل، وتحسين تجربة التسوق الإجمالية داخل التطبيق.
4. حماية البيانات:
نحن نطبق إجراءات أمان تقنية وإدارية مشددة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به، أو الإفصاح عنها، أو تغييرها، أو فقدانها.
5. مشاركة البيانات:
نحن لا نقوم ببيع أو تأجير أو المتاجرة ببياناتك مع أي أطراف خارجية. يتم مشاركة موقعك وعنوانك فقط مع المندوب المسؤول عن طلبك المحدد لتسهيل عملية التوصيل.
6. حذف الحساب والبيانات:
نحن نحترم حقك في الخصوصية والتحكم في بياناتك، لذا نوفر خياراً واضحاً لـ "حذف الحساب" داخل إعدادات التطبيق. عند طلب حذف الحساب، سيتم مسح كافة معلوماتك الشخصية، وسجل الطلبات، والعناوين المسجلة من خوادمنا بشكل نهائي وفوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
