To access certain features of the Service, including paid subscription tiers, you must authenticate using your Google account via Google OpenID.
By logging in, you agree that we may store your Google ID and Email Address on our secure servers to manage your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
SuperLetter AI offers premium features and increased generation limits through a monthly subscription plan.
Billing: All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways, like Freekassa, Cream.io. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
Subscription Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refunds: Due to the infrastructure costs associated with AI text generation, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or determined otherwise at our sole discretion.
AI Models (DeepSeek): Content generation is powered by DeepSeek APIs. By using this Service, you acknowledge that input data (resumes and job descriptions) will be processed by DeepSeek.
Job Boards: SuperLetter AI automates the extraction of public text data from platforms like hh.ru, LinkedIn, and hirify.me. SuperLetter AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these third-party platforms. You agree to comply with the terms of service of those respective websites while using our extension.
You agree not to use SuperLetter AI to:
Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Generate defamatory, obscene, harmful, or malicious content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the operation of the Chrome Extension or server infrastructure.
Abuse or bypass the generation limits established for your tier.
Our Property: SuperLetter AI, including its code, design, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of its creators.
Your Content and AI Output: You retain ownership of the original text (resumes) you input into the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you own the rights to the cover letters generated for you by SuperLetter AI.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SUPERLETTER AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE AI-GENERATED CONTENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE USE OF GENERATED COVER LETTERS WILL RESULT IN JOB INTERVIEWS, OFFERS, OR EMPLOYMENT.
TO the MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUPERLETTER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
