THE "INTERVIEW" WAS FAKE BECAUSE:
There has been no Korean source or article/s about the "interview". It is "posted" in an unknown website. There is no video as a proof of the "interview". The so called "interview" was on 2008 as antis claimed; but in 2008, SUPER JUNIOR were on a semi-hiatus.
Siwon wasn't even a famous actor during that time so there is a low chance for him to get interviewed about his acting. SM would likely not allow their rookie to have an interview alone.
Also, other supposed questions of the "interview" can not be found. (Why conduct an interview with one question only?)

Choi Siwon family's dog biting incident (October, 2017)
In October 2017, there was a report stating that a 53-year-old businesswoman named Kim, who ran the upscale Korean cuisine restaurant Hanilkwan, died of sepsis on Oct. 6, 2017, after getting bitten by a French bulldog owned by Chois at an apartment in Apgujeong-dong, southern Seoul, on Sept. 30. The dog was not on a leash. Both Siwon and his father apologized to the bereaved family who lives in the same apartment complex with the Chois on social media on Saturday.
The dog, untied, was out on a walk with Choi's father when it attacked Kim, a neighbor. "I lower my head and apologize to the bereaved family... and convey my deep condolences, as a member of the family raising the dog, I feel greatly responsible", Siwon wrote on his Instagram account.
The incident prompted netizens to call on Siwon to withdraw from TV shows despite the woman's sister saying that their family had forgiven him. Siwon didn't participated on SUPER JUNIOR's comeback stages in 2017 with album 'PLAY' and comeback stage: 'Black Suit' and 'One More Chance'. He then did not participate on SUPER JUNIOR's variety show entitled, Super TV (Season 1) aired from January 28, 2018 - April 13, 2018.
Although a family member of the deceased told media that they’ve forgiven the Choi family and don’t plan to take any legal action, the public is still berating them for not being cautious with their dog. "We don't plan on taking any legal action. We don't want to be compensated. My sister's son is actually around the same age as Choi Siwon. They're both young. It's tragic that my sister died but I don't want to (ruin) the lives of these young people."
Following the unfortunate passing of co-CEO of Hanilkwan due to contracting sepsis after getting bitten by Choi Siwon’s family dog, Gangnam District Office has officially fined Choi Siwon’s family for negligence. The Gangnam District Office submitted the notice for the 50,000 won (approximately $44) fee on October 24. A source from the Gangnam District Office said, “An application to protest the fine was sent along with the notice but we have not received a statement of protest yet.” The reason for the fine is due to failure to use a leash on their dog outdoors. While the specific details regarding the CEO’s infection process have not been revealed, Choi Siwon’s family submitted results to the district office showing that the dog was screened and tested negative for pseudomonas aeruginosa (a type of gram-negative bacteria).
On April 1, 2019 (Monday), Siwon apologised again at a media event to promote his new drama My Fellow Citizens. It marks his first involvement in a major network drama in two years.
Eager not to reopen old wounds, Siwon said: "I've realised that I have to be more careful and cautious when it comes to any past incidents. I am sincerely sorry for causing so many people so much concern."

after his military service (discharged date: may 7, 2019), Kyuhyun explained the reason to decline offer to be back on being an MC of Radio Star. In an interview with media outlet Newsen, Kyuhyun shared that though he had received an offer from the show’s producers to return to his position as host, he ultimately chose to decline for personal reasons. “I had a hard time, because I gained a lot of anti-fans. The producers made me an offer [to return to the show], but I told them that I didn’t think I would be able to enjoy filming the program because I had been so stressed out about these [concerns]. On August 27th 2011, MBC’s special Chuseok program ‘Idol Star Athletics Championships‘ took place at Jamshil Stadium for the third time. Super Junior‘s Leeteuk, Shindong, Eunhyuk and entertainer Boom, who was recently discharged from the army, started the parade.
This one is not an excuse but it was neither of Eunhyuk, Leeteuk and Shindong who did blackface. Antis are just dragging them with Boom who did it. Unfortunately during these times, Korean netizens is still not well educated/lack of awareness regarding these matters. No matter what the intentions were (to be funny or not).

If this happened before he debuted, he shouldn't have debuted in the first place. He has no connections or power within SM before he debut so why would SM tolerate his actions if he likely did this? (Same with TVXQ Junsu.) He might be SUPER JUNIOR's Main Dancer, but it is not enough for him to be kicked out of SJ or SM if he did this.
