These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, games, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by SUPER FLEX ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Service" means the mobile applications, games, content, and any related services we provide.
"User", "you", or "your" means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
"Content" means games, images, text, audio, video, items, and any other materials or information made available through the Service.
"Paid Service" means any content, item, feature (including ad-removal), or service that we offer for a fee.
"App Store" means a third-party platform through which the Service is distributed or through which payments are processed, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Terms not defined here have the meaning given by applicable law and ordinary commercial usage.
We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If we make a material change, we will provide notice within the Service before the change takes effect, and we will state the effective date.
If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of an amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your agreement with us. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory notice rights you may have under the consumer laws applicable to you.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
If you are a minor (a person under the age of majority, or under the minimum age of digital consent, under the laws applicable to you), you may use the Service only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use the Service is responsible for that minor's use, including any purchases.
Minors must obtain the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian before purchasing any Paid Service. Where a minor has made a purchase without the required consent, the minor or their parent or legal guardian may be entitled to cancel that purchase to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The age of digital consent and parental-consent requirements vary by country (for example, children under 13 in the United States, 13–16 depending on the EU member state, and under 14 in the Republic of Korea). We handle children's personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.
Where the Service offers an account or sign-in feature, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Your account is for your personal use only. You must not transfer, sell, lend, share, or pledge your account, or use another person's account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not grant you any right in our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property, and it does not transfer any ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You agree not to:
provide false information or impersonate any person or entity;
infringe the intellectual property or other rights of us or any third party;
use the Service or Content for commercial purposes without our prior consent;
copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service or Content, except as permitted by applicable law;
access or use the Service through unauthorized means, including third-party software, bots, automation tools, or macros, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service;
probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service, or disrupt other users' use of the Service;
harass, defame, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse others, or transmit obscene or violent material; or
engage in any conduct that violates applicable law, these Terms, or public order and morals.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, or terminate your agreement, if you violate this section.
The Service is generally provided free of charge. Certain features, items, or content (including ad-removal) may be offered as Paid Services.
The price, terms, payment method, and refund conditions for each Paid Service are shown at the point of purchase or within the Service. You should review this information before purchasing.
Payments for Paid Services are processed by the relevant App Store using the payment methods it provides. Your purchase is therefore also subject to the terms, billing rules, and refund policies of that App Store.
Where a Paid Service is billed on a recurring basis ("Subscription"), it will renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You can manage and cancel a Subscription through your App Store account. We will make the renewal date, amount, and billing method available to you before renewal.
Because purchases are processed by the App Store, refund requests are primarily handled under the App Store's policies, and we recommend submitting refund requests through your App Store account.
In addition, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a cooling-off period under the consumer laws applicable to you (for example, 7 days under the law of the Republic of Korea, or 14 days under EU/UK law for distance contracts). Such rights may be limited or excluded for digital content where provision has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a purchased Paid Service is materially different from what was described, you may be entitled to a remedy (including a refund) under applicable law.
Where a refund is due, it will be made using the same means of payment, subject to the App Store's refund process and timeframes. If we charge you in error, we will refund the overcharged amount; where the error is solely attributable to you, the reasonable cost of the refund may be borne by you to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you repeatedly purchase and request refunds without justifiable reason, we may restrict your access to the Service.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws applicable to you.
Where we offer items whose contents or outcomes are determined by chance (including loot boxes or probability-based items) for a fee, we will disclose the relevant categories, composition, and probabilities as required by applicable law.
The Service may display advertising from us or from third parties, and you agree to the display of such advertising while using the Service.
We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any transaction between you and a third-party advertiser. Your dealings with third parties found through the Service are solely between you and that third party.
The Service and all Content we create, including the underlying software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works from the Service or Content for commercial purposes, or enable any third party to do so, without our prior consent.
Where the Service allows you to submit content (such as a nickname or other user-generated material), you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service.
We may remove or refuse to display user content that infringes the rights of a third party or violates applicable law or these Terms, without prior notice. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us at support.superflex@gmail.com with details of the claim.
We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable law, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for personal data exposed as a result of your own act or omission.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, repairs, or technical reasons, and we will give notice where reasonably practicable.
We may modify, add to, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including for reasons relating to improvement of the Service, changes in law, or changes to our arrangements with third parties (such as App Stores or network providers). Where a change is significant, we will give notice in advance where reasonably practicable; where this is not possible, we may give notice afterward.
For Service provided free of charge, we will not be liable for changes to or discontinuation of that Service except as required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Paid Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Paid Service.
The limitations in this section do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or to liability arising from our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, in each case to the extent caused by you. This section does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own willful misconduct or gross negligence.
You may stop using the Service and terminate these Terms at any time, including through any method we make available within the Service or by contacting us at support.superflex@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms or applicable law, or for other substantial reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable (and afterward where urgent).
On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Because of the nature of the Service, some data may not be recoverable after termination, so you should back up anything you need beforehand. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you habitually reside. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws applicable to you, including the right, where applicable, to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We and you will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support.superflex@gmail.com. Where a dispute is not resolved, you may also be entitled to use consumer dispute-resolution bodies available to you (for users in the Republic of Korea, this includes the Content Dispute Resolution Committee and consumer dispute mediation under applicable law). Subject to the mandatory rules above, the courts having jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable procedural law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of our business, provided your rights are not adversely affected.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
For any questions about the Service or these Terms, contact us at support.superflex@gmail.com.
These Terms are effective from June 17, 2026.
