Building Communities You Want to Influence
WHY HIRE S.C.D.O. ?
Suntian Community Development Officials [S.C.D.O] is a dignified business that operates by establishing personnel for different projects to serve business-community needs. We create custom roles to fit our clients' employment needs. All our officials have unique skills that make them stand out amongst other companies, and their roles can be customized to fit whatever needs you may have. All our contractors are trained specifically for each site they serve.
We have different units of operation (listed below), but one of our well-known units is our Monitoring & Observations Unit.
Our Monitoring & Observations Unit is a community-based alternative service to security. Our precedence gives our communities peace of mind. Utilizing elements of security-styled practices, mixed with certain aspects of technology, and sprinkled with dashes of love and servitude (social work), we have a unique unit of Community Monitoring Officials (C.M.Os) who set a heavy precedence within their communities to ensure members of the communities served feel at peace.
Each client will have an opportunity to meet with the Qween Ambassador or a Suntian Community Development Official (of higher ranking) for a consultation to go over what the client is looking for and to create a project plan to bring that client's vision to life. Suntian Community Development Officials will utilize community development, humanitarian, and social service-type practices to execute the needs of the client and to help develop that client’s community. We utilize independent contracting tactics so that our officials can still have a sense of freedom and not be tied down to a mundane and imbalanced schedule. S.C.D.O. stands firm on morals, ethics, and values. We believe in taking care of our officials so they can take pride in taking care of the communities they serve.
We're big on making jobs easier and efficient for our officials by implementing tech into our practices. Whether it be logging information through Google Docs, or monitoring a CCTV for your site. We get the job done regardless.
Suntian Community Development Officials will operate under some of the following units:
Admin & Dox Unit (Includes Notary Services)
Case Management Unit
Community Services Unit
Hospitality & Events Unit
Media & Promo Unit
Monitoring & Observations Unit
Networking Unit
Tourism Unit
The beauty of S.C.D.O. is that we're utilizing community development-styled practices intertwined with technology to meet our client's needs and expectations. The Qween Ambassador will create a project plan based on our client's needs and create positions, contracts, and work titles for S.C.D.O. contractors to properly serve and fit the cultural needs of our client's community. We train our officials to develop skills to help them achieve the goals of the community that our clients are trying to establish whilst upholding S.C.D.O. values and principles.
Why did the Qween Ambassador create S.C.D.O?
S.C.D.O. believes in education, but we're also big on finding the right people for the job. These days, you can learn many things on your own with proper training.
Our Qween Ambassador built S.C.D.O. under the Suntian Naziyon Order to provide opportunities for many who have been restricted in receiving opportunities due to demographic, geographical, and educational restrictions. To implement a more community-based work culture that values family, faith, morals, and ethics to create a new professional standard within today's workforce.
"Treat our officials like humans, then they will treat our clients the same."
We want to uplift the communities we serve by instilling humanitarian practices within our contractors so that any project they take on, will have a great impact on the community. We're thinking ahead on how to change the work culture for a better work-life balance for our officials so that they can enjoy where they work and be PROUD of the company they work for.
QA Whittaker has worked in various fields. Security, Social Services, Case Management, Hospitality, and Lifeguarding (just to name a few). She's a fast learner and when trained, she can do just about ANY job given to her, which is why she has such a diverse skill set.
As Q.A. Whittaker ventured up the corporate ladder, she would sit in rooms with her Superiors, Managers, and Directors and sometimes think "I COULD DO THIS JOB 30xs BETTER". She would see how Directors and Managers ran certain programs/companies into the ground, and these leaders were simply granted the opportunity based upon having a degree. Q.A. Whittaker would end up (in many cases) working directly under her managers, yet doing a lot of the managers' tasks. She's dealt with managers chastizing her for her ideas, but then taking credit for her ideas. She'd get treated as if she weren't "educated" simply because she didn't have a college diploma. She was denied being able to advance within certain aspects of her career despite proving herself to be a strong leader because of demographic, geographical, and educational restrictions. She realized that most companies that had bad workplace cultures, burnt-out employees, or managers she felt weren't worthy of their positions, all had a few things in common. LACK OF TRAINING, LACK OF PROPER MANAGEMENT, and LACK OF COMPASSION.
Q.A. Whittaker would laugh sometimes going through certain job descriptions and seeing that a DEGREE was needed for something that could be taught with proper training. Some of the best, loyal, and most dedicated workers Q.A. Whittaker has ever worked with (75% of the time) had no degree.
With this cultural shift regarding workplace culture and practices, Q.A. Whittaker thought this would be a perfect opportunity to put her skills to the test and start her own company. She started off utilizing her tech-savvy skills and mixing them with social work, hospitality, and security-styled practices to create this unique company which is now known today as Suntian Community Development Officials.
