2-Once you have completed and sent all the documents from the first step, we need the following documents in color and in PDF format:
• Copy of your insurance license
• Copy of your driver's license
• Errors and omissions (E&O) policy
• Social security card
• Voided check that includes your name or official letter given by the bank
• FFM certification (if applicable, if you are going to sell Marketplace)
• Any release / transfer from a previous agency (if applicable)
Please note that failure to submit completed documents at each step may cause a delay in your process.
