Any ideas how to fix this? Is the program not compatible with Windows 10 64-bit or do I need some special type of driver? The SIM card is from T-Mobile. There's some numbers on it, and if you want, I can post those numbers, if it'd make a difference. I know this is going to sound stupid, but I believe the SIM card was inserted improperly into the reader. It can actually be inserted upside down and still receive a drive letter. After I inserted it a different way, I heard the PC daling and everything started working. ff782bc1db
