I am a Ph.D. student in the College of Information at the University of Maryland, College Park, and a member of the Human-Computer Interaction Lab (HCIL). I work with Dr. Hernisa Kacorri on human activity recognition for older adults and blind users. My research goal is providing contextual support to people with disabilities and older adults through human-centered artificial intelligence.
I received a B.S. in mathematics and an M.S. in computer science from Hanyang University. During and after the M.S., I worked with Dr. Kwanguk Kim at Hanyang University on wheelchair users' mobility using machine learning and mobile/wearable sensor data.
