Sunday Night Dinner

Thank you for your willingness to serve and bless our students, youth ministry, and church in this way. It's one of the most important things you can do to join us as we disciple students and strive to become the church God leads us in.

What You Need to Know:

How many people to prepare food for:

You should prepare for 60 to 70 students and leaders. Last year we averaged 65 students along with our team of 15 leaders and during our spring semester we have even more with the confirmation group joining in.

What time to start cooking and have food ready to serve:

Typically the kitchen is open to start at 3:30pm. If you need an early time make arrangements with Ben prior to. Please have food ready to be served by 5pm.

What to provide:

You are responsible for providing the main meal itself, as well as desert if you are able. The church typically has sweet tea, lemonade, and water for you to serve on hand in the pantry. If you would like to provide other drinks for the students then we ask for you to provide it. The church has plates, cups, silverware, and napkins in the pantry as well so no need to provide those.

Clean Up Responsibilities:

After the meal has been served you are responsible for clean up of the kitchen. Please wash and clean any pots, pans, serving utensils etc. that you use for the meal. There are large sinks in the back of the kitchen for washing and there is also a large industrial dishwasher you can use as well. Contact Ben or Elizabeth to use the dishwasher. Please sweep the kitchen and only mob on a needed basis.
