We collect only what we need to run your yoga booking, we never sell it, and you can ask us to change or delete it at any time.

Who we are

What we collect

• Your name, the number of guests and the class you choose

• Your WhatsApp or mobile number (required)

• Your email address (optional)

• Any notes you type in the form (optional)

• A booking reference and the time you booked

• On the day, our staff record check-in, mats taken and whether you have paid

• For walk-ins, our staff record your name, number of guests and the number you give them

Why we use it

• To confirm, manage and change your booking, including a waitlist spot

• To contact you about your class, for example if it is cancelled or moved

• To send a confirmation and a reminder the evening before your class

• To run check-in and keep within the class capacity

• To protect the form from spam, using timestamps and limits on repeated requests

We never sell your details. If you book after seeing one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we share some booking details with Meta to measure how well our ads work, as explained under "Advertising measurement with Meta" below.

WhatsApp and email

We send WhatsApp messages only if you tick the WhatsApp box on the form. They are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform run by Meta, which handles your number and the message in order to deliver it, under its own terms and privacy policy. If you gave an email address, your confirmation and reminder are also sent by email through Google. Tell us at any time if you want us to stop messaging you.

Advertising measurement with Meta

When a booking is confirmed, we send Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) a record that a booking was made. It contains the class, the number of guests, the time, the booking reference, and your WhatsApp number, email address (if you gave one) and name. Your number, email address and name are turned into scrambled codes (one-way hashes) on our system, so we do not send them to Meta in readable form. We do not send your notes, and waitlist sign-ups are not sent. Meta uses this only to match the booking to people who saw our ads and to measure and improve those ads, under its own terms and privacy policy. You can ask us about this at any time using the contact details above, and you can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your own Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Where it is stored

Bookings are stored in a Google Sheet on Google's servers, which may be outside Indonesia. Only Sundari staff can open it. The staff check-in page needs a PIN.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for 12 months after your class, then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop WhatsApp or email messages, at any time, using the contact details above. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Cookies and tracking

We do not place cookies or advertising scripts on this booking page. Confirmed bookings are reported to Meta from our own system, as described under "Advertising measurement with Meta" above.
