Welcome to the Summit Ridge Homeowners Association
Westminster, Colorado

SRHOA currently consists of 24 condominium units located in southeast Westminster, CO off of West 82nd Place.  We are a self-managed association, the management responsibilities are shared between the board of directors and general membership of the Association. 

Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm.
Meetings are currently being held online via Zoom.
Annual Membership Meetings are held every May, and are announced to the membership in advance.
