اتفاقية ترخيص استخدام خطوط سلطان

يمنح هذا الترخيص للمرخص له من شركة خطوط سلطان باعتباره الجهة الوحيدة المخولة لذلك.

اتفاقية الترخيص هذه هي اتفاقية قانونية بين المرخص له و شركة خطوط سلطان التي تعود إلى مصمم ومطور الخطوط سلطان المقطري (الذي سيشار إليه لاحقًا بمالك الحق الفكري لخطوط سلطان
وباستخدامك لخطوط سلطان، فإنك تعبر عن موافقتك على جميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة في اتفاقية الترخيص هذه.
إذا كنت لا ترغب في الالتزام بهذه الاتفاقية، فلا يجوز لك تثبيت أو استخدام أو تداول هذه الخطوط، لأن استخدامها لأغراض تجارية أو إعلانية أو ما يشابهها دون الحصول على إذن من شركة توزيع الخطوط أو مصمم الخطوط نفسه يعتبر انتهاكًا لقوانين الملكية الفكرية التي تنتج عنها ضرائب مستحقة وقد تصل إلى المحاكم.

1- منح الترخيص:

يمنح مالك الحق لك ترخيصًا محدودًا، غير حصري، غير قابل للتحويل إلى ترخيص دائم لاستخدام خطوط سلطان.
يوافق المرخص له على استخدام الخطوط فقط كما هو مصرح به في هذه الاتفاقية.
اتفاقية الترخيص هذه لا تنقل إليك أي حقوق ملكية أو أي مصالح أخرى في خطوط سلطان.
يتم تنزيل الخطوط المرخصة واستخدامها من قبل فرد واحد أو شركة واحدة فقط.

2- حقوق الملكية والقيود:

أ) الملكية:

الخطوط هي برامج، وجميع حقوق الملكية والنشر هي لمطورها، وهي محمية بالقوانين الدولية للنشر.
خطوط سلطان وجميع التعديلات والتحسينات والأعمال المشتقة المستندة إلى ذلك، وجميع حقوق النشر وبراءات الاختراع والأسرار والعلامات التجارية وغيرها من حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بحماية خطوط سلطان، أو أي جهة أخرى من الخطوط أو أي تعديلات على الخطوط تظل لمالكها الوحيد سلطان المقطري صاحب شركة خطوط سلطان.
هذه الاتفاقية لا تنقل إليك أي حقوق ملكية، فقط تمنحك حقوقًا محدودة مقدمة فيها.

ب) القيود:

· يمكن استخدام الخطوط فقط في موقع واحد أو أكثر (أجهزة المرخص له). يوافق المرخص له على عدم نشر أو توزيع أو بيع الرخصة الممنوحة له للآخرين بموجب اتفاقية الترخيص هذه.

· لا يحق للمرخص له إزالة أو تغيير أي علامة تجارية أو شعار أو أي رموز أو علامات داخل الخطوط أو النشر وحقوق النسخ أو أي ملاحظات أخرى لحماية الملكية.

· لا يحق للمرخص له منح ترخيص لاستخدام خطوط سلطان لمستخدمين آخرين.

· يحظر بشكل صارم بموجب هذه الاتفاقية نقل أو تضمين الخطوط في برامج أخرى دون الحصول على إذن خطي من المطور.

3- إنهاء الاتفاقية:

· تسري هذه الاتفاقية لمدة عام واحد من تاريخ الإذن باستخدام الخطوط.

· تنتهي الاتفاقية فورًا إذا لم يلتزم المرخص له بشروطها بأي شكل من الأشكال.

· لسلطان مقطري وشركة خطوط سلطان الحق في اتخاذ أي إجراء ضروري لحماية حقوق الملكية للخطوط.

· يحق للمرخص له إنهاء الاتفاقية في أي وقت عن طريق حذف جميع نسخ الخطوط من جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص به.

4- السعر وشروط الدفع:

· يمكن تعديل السعر المحدد على صفحات الإنترنت في أي وقت وفقًا لسوق العرض والطلب.

· بمجرد استلام الإشعار بالتحويل ورقمه، ترسل شركة خطوط سلطان الخطوط إلى البريد الإلكتروني للمرخص له.

Sultan Fonts License Agreement

This license is granted to the licensee by Sultan Fonts, considering it the sole authorized party to do so.

License Agreement: This license agreement is a legal agreement between the licensee and Sultan Fonts, which refers to the font designer and developer, Sultan Maqtari (who will later be referred to as the intellectual property owner of Sultan Fonts).
Usage of Sultan Fonts: By using Sultan Fonts, you express your agreement to all terms and conditions contained in this license agreement.
If you do not wish to comply with this agreement, you may not install, use, or distribute these fonts. Using them for commercial or advertising purposes, or anything similar, without permission from the font distribution company or the font designer himself, is considered a violation of intellectual property laws, resulting in due taxes and may even reach the courts.

1- Granting the License: The right holder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual license to use Sultan Fonts. The licensee agrees to use the fonts only as authorized in this agreement. This license agreement does not transfer to you any ownership rights or any other interests in Sultan Fonts. Licensed fonts are downloaded and used by only one individual or one corporation.

2- Ownership Rights and Restrictions:

Ownership: The fonts are software, all ownership rights and publication are for their developer, and they are protected by international publication laws. Sultan Fonts and all modifications, improvements, derivative works based on it, all copyrights, patents, secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the protection of Sultan Fonts, or any other side of the fonts or any modifications of the fonts remain for their sole owner, Sultan Maqtari, the owner of Sultan Fonts. This agreement does not transfer to you any ownership rights; it only grants you limited rights provided within it.
Restrictions: The fonts can only be used in one or more locations (the licensee’s devices).

The licensee agrees not to publish, distribute, or sell the license granted to him to others under this license agreement.
The licensee is not entitled to remove or alter any trademark, logo, any symbols or marks within the fonts, publications, and copyrights, or any other notes for the protection of the property.
The licensee is not entitled to grant a license for using Sultan Fonts to other users. It is strictly prohibited under this agreement to transfer or include the fonts in other software without written permission from the developer.

3- Termination of the Agreement: This agreement is valid for one year from the date of permission to use the fonts. The agreement immediately expires if the licensee does not comply with its terms in any way. Sultan Maqtari and Sultan Fonts have the right to take any necessary action to protect the ownership rights of the fonts. The licensee has the right to terminate the agreement at any time by deleting all copies of the fonts from his computer.

4- Price and Payment Terms: The price set out on the website pages can be adjusted at any time according to the supply and demand market. Once a notice of the remittance and its number is received, Sultan Fonts sends the fonts to the licensee’s email.
