Dr. Sukanya Panda received her B.Sc. in Chemistry from G. Sc. College, Athagarh, Odisha in 2006, and then moved to IBCS, SOA University, Bhubaneswar to pursue MBA from 2006-2008. In 2008, she moved to Canada and worked in Market Consulting Companies till 2011. She obtained her Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Santanu K Rath at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, Odisha (2012-2017). She began her academic career as an Assistant Professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Hyderabad from 2016 to 2018. Later on, she was a ICSSR Post-doctoral fellow at NIT Rourkela (2019-2021). Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at XIM University, Bhubaneswar from August, 2022 onwards.
