Industrial Problem statement :
We have a target to measure the thickness of a specific job at different 4 points. Thickness of job should be in between 3.12mm to 3.30mm. If job thickness is within tolerance then it will be accepted otherwise it gets rejected.
Industry accepted solution :
For this automation project first we design our magnetic conveyor in a such manner so we can obtained our task ie. proper orientation of job. With the help of proper orientation we made another arrangement of sensor assembly in such a way so we can inspect our jobs and we can categorize into the undersize, oversize or in accepted jobs by this categorized unit.
Real Execution :
With the help of manually feeding of job in slot, It will travel with conveyor below the sensor assembly it will automatically inspect and goes to the categorized unit as per the sensor response job automatically goes to the different tray, We can make count with the help of IoT how many jobs accepted, undersize or oversize.
